btw, what is the procedure to cancel a credit card? just call and follow up? need to write any letter, etc? first time canceling...

What other benefits for using DA Platinum? I might just convert from CIMB Mastercard Platinum, if it is really good. As I know CIMB/DA (even for Platinum) call centre is pretty lousy, just like MBB.

for some reason i have no luck in getting the CC i want.

last time i apply for petronas maybank gold they rejected it 1st round and after a few months only approve. now i apply for amex gold also they reject.... sigh

is it because i pay on time and the bank cant make profit?

yah, recently, DA also have to wait when calling CS. Somemore there is no direct line for my World Card and VI.

I'm prefer DA, coz if CS is difficult to reach by phone so i can go straight to DA card centre & more convineance there

just call their cs. 10 month for 2% 1 time interest, 20 month for 4% 1 time interest, 30 month for 5% 1 time interest.

btw for cimb card 0% interest only applicable for education, insurance and hospital bill.
