Does it work the same like CIMB whereby in order to tie the PB CC to PBebank, one need to request for first time login from ATM?

I'll cancel my Ikhwan AMEX and DA next year before anniversary date.

I'll only keep my Visa Petronas.

Bro, we have the same combo. Ikhwan AMEX and Ikhwan Visa Petronas. I am quite reluctant to let go the Ikhwan AMEX, but Najis punya pasal, I'll let it go before the anniversary, next July. Was really hoping that they will only charge the tax on a per account basis. Since cards from the same bank usually share the same CL. I'll have till July to wait. sad.gif
*
I have called MBB CS this morning. They said that it'll be charged on per card basis.

Therefore, I have to let go before anniversary date.

By the way, my Visa Petronas is not from Ikhwan family. It's from MBB conventional banking.

Some statement for Direct Access credit card on service tax. Service tax only charge on card anniversary and it is charged per card (Master + Visa = RM100).

Can't attach PDF file now. Please refer http://www.directaccess.com.my/index.php?r...gst&tpt=cimb_da
*
The same goes to MBB when I clarified with the CS. RM 50 per each card.

Am I being offered a DA Platinum Mastercard? I saw an entry called "Graduate Mastercard Platinum" in my CIMBClicks?

IIRC, my annual income does not qualify for it and my credit limit for my DA Gold Mastercard was just increased last month.

Hope it's just a mistake. By the way, I'll cancel DA Gold next year once my installament programme ends.

No point for me to keep it even though it's free for life since there'll be RM 50 service tax imposed and I seldom use my DA Gold also.

Unless somebody could share me the bright sides of retaining it. tongue.gif

Anybody know if RM 50 GST can be "paid" by points for CIMB DA? If yes, how many points required?

I think the CL increase is based on spending pattern & repayment bahaviour. I had never request any CL increase since day 1 collected the CTB classic card. Thru the past 12 years, the initial CL RM4k was auto increased multiple times till current RM30k.
*
That is not exactly true. I seldom use my DA Gold and guess what, my CL is being increased for >50% and being offered to upgrade to DA Platinum. sweat.gif

Later, they'll offer DA Platinum to you if you're still holding Gold. biggrin.gif
