its just for proof of purchase, btw NCC gives u warranty based on product code and IMEI not dealer stamp icon_rolleyes.gif

I m trying to unhack my phone juz in case need to send in NCC..but when i trying to unhack , the removing root cert process took quite long time and still havent finish ...damn

basically, device halt at Nokia startup logo screen is because of SD card .. only SD card, no other errors icon_rolleyes.gif

no worried abt the Hello OX .. a Hard Reset will wipe clean your fone .. icon_rolleyes.gif

most of my application are installed in memory card... do i need to uninstall all in memory card ? or juz remove it and do a softreset ....

i cannot key in *#7670# using key pad as it is disable d... wat i can do is press green + red +camera button + Power button ...

you can either choose opera mobile 10 beta 2 or opera mini 5 beta 2.

u know wat, make a copy of ure SD card (fully into ure computer), this kind of problem cause by memory card and not fone, so, in case u face this problem again, just format ure memory card, restart and copy back the memory card data from pc to memory card and restart .. hard reset will just wipe everything off and u need sometime to build back ure fone from scratch nod.gif

for me i have 3 backup modes

- Contacts, settings, messages only (via Phone)
- PC Suite Full backup
- Memory card manual copy method

I only hard reset my phone 3 times entire tube life when update firmware beside that mine is FINE

but my problem arise everytime is just tat incompatible applications, becos i throw all apps n games for testing to keep in my collection .. tat make my fone stuck in the middle .. laugh.gif

U create it? I never ask u to create ure self in the \Private unless in \Data .. please read the Instruction.txt included carefully, as u can see, tats my personal screenshot, not taken from Internet .. icon_rolleyes.gif

And, dont worry if the menu structure erased, u can find the original structure for ure backup in the archive, under Original folder rolleyes.gif

Bought 5800 previously and faced several problems.

1) can send messages out but couldnt receive message. The only way to retrieve the message is go to message, click on options, click on sim messages,then only the messages will go thru. Any solution to this? my message service centre is set to maxis which is +60120000015

2) Miscall, received call and dial calls are not recorded in the logs. Any way to solve this?

hey Xploit, do u know of any easier way to manage the apps instead of manually moving them to folders one by one? any way to edit them via a file or bulk transfer few apps together?

Solution
1. SIM Card is full, in the Messaging app, hit "Options" and then select "SIM messages", thats the only way, upgrade your SIM Card please dont use the old version, there are higher capacity SIM Cards from your telco. Btw, your SMSC number is correct, nothing to do with that .. and always remove unnecessary messages or u could point ure messages to be stored in memory card instead of phone memory.

2. Call logs may have been disabled, please check the log settings, LOG -> OPTIONS -> SETTINGS (Check the duration, set it to maximum)
