Dear Sir,



I am an Astro Movie subscriber. who watches HBO HD now.

I regret to note that both HBO and HBO HD show the same movies. HBO should look into this. This deprives us of all the fun. HBO HD should show exclusive and selected HBO HD movies instead each month and the movies should not be the same as on HBO. Monthly selected movies should make its debut on HBO HD alone and at no point should both these channels screen same movies.

I hope HBO looks into the matter and implements some changes,thank you.

Friend I am NOT complaining here ! You guys Baca dulu dont simply make noiselah ! Im saying it wld be better if HBo considers a different schedule for HD cos same movie same time on both channels leave viewers with no other alternative,got it ? I made this suggestion to HBO to consider why you guys offended ? You quote US also same you do this in US ? No way !! In Asia u can do this not in US, i know there is HBO HD there but the format is NOT like ours.Everything you all say satelite broadcasting means like this you try telling in US if rain NO service see what happens, they wld take you to Court and the Court ensures Justice.Here we just talk justice only people jump say we always complain! Forum is a place everyone can pour thier hearts out we dont need anyone to defend service providers and they dont provide anything free for your info.

Let it be silly, I have made my point and I dont see anything wrong in it.The channel arrangement is silly one channel for hd content what the big deal ? Even HBO said it may look into it,wats ur problem ?We are comparing and defending one provider who provides less then 100 channels to countrise which provide 300 over channels for a nominal sum !

from what i know and gather its no point keeping old decorders and smartcards. Astro has put a stop to this. The previous smartcard exercise was done to wipe off all nonsense and the final touch is this beyond box ! I have a Max too i am giving it up though I bought it for RM900, when comes to astro we just have no second choice do we ?

Same with me bro, waiting since 11/12 no installer yet ! I am holding until Monday if NO reponse i will ensure I reveal to the Management the name of the telemarketing officer and request that he stops handling my case for good and a senior takes over my case and my set is installed by the next 24hrs. I want the 10 days to expire b4 i can ... them! BTW based on this forum Looks like most installations are now confined to KL area only.MMC complaints please do it after 10 days cooling off period.

Astro Max was a flop we were cheated by astro,the set could not perform eventually. I wl say NO to another Max !

I just called them just now,CS said nothing done on my account except for Application, no activation of new smartcard no installer,called the silly agent ,my god , the whole telemarketing team stinks ! They are still pushing matter around. The dept says thet have Confirmed my TC and placed Order on 17/11, asked why no installer assigned until today...............cannot answer,finally said the other dept works office hour so cannot contact until Monday to verify ! Monday no reply I may consider Hak Konsumer KDN instead of MMC bcos they breached the contract.

Pls use Dolby ONLY for home theater normal TV does not support Dolby. Not all LCD is perfect for HD your LCD should not be HD ready but a HD LCD. Mine is LCD HD ready but it is not that great anyway.To enjoy the best HD we must have a full HD.Full HD means a lot of Money, then I heard should be 100 hz , mine only 50hz . About Astro HD to me the best I wld say is NG and History HD the HBO and Sports seems to be NOT that great, HBO seems to be the worst perhaps its upscaled
