And yea...it's at the same place as MF...

I dunno about the price increase but i just got a few friends bought at the following price...

Tower A - Ground Floor (450k)

Tower B2 - Mid Floor facing towards Nirvana (440k)

Tower B1 - High Floor facing the swimming pool (470k)

Sorry bout i really cannot remember the sizes though....

if facing pool ok but no KLCC view...if got KLCC view no pool view but also high tension cable so near tongue.gif

if wanna sell, u must sell entire package where the huge land scrapping at block b n c and fountain pool...that may add value drool.gif

it is this project further down after the leafz? i found it less convenient compare to MF but pricing is paramount tongue.gif

i think YTL project usually very good in appreciating in value.. rclxms.gif

i stay here..every time after heavy rain..floor at foyer i mean entire fountain area like kena wash by cleaner (look wet but not slippery) so im ok..inside the respective block (A/B) dry...which is ok to me..

the walkway from carpark to respective block is not completely tube
(so sure kena from rain)..just a roof so when heavy rain i expect a bit spill over from grass to my foot...

carpark certain area like corner which expose to rain coz no
cover...unless u wan carpark like totally blackout then no rain can come in haha

carpark i dun think can improve anymore due to design, unless more high trees planted to block the rain...

there is always an issue, just voice it up and settle it...

for entire midfields, I think after 6 mths of VP given to Block B and C, it is better invite all owners to hv meeting AGAIN..as present JMB only represents Block A...(coz only Block A ppl are there)

block B will be benchmark against Block A price or higher

Block B sold more expensive than Block A when launched

u expect block B sell cheaper than Block B?

the adv of block B is warranty period of 18mths..but these prob can be rectify very fast by YTL..

Block A adv will be far a bit from pylon
