Yup they send the notice to all owners but u have to purchase 1 carparks at the original price before you are eligible for the 50% (something like that can't actually remember)

There is a notice that the second entrance will be operational on 1st Oct onwards but only useable for residents....

if not wrong based on the lighting at night the occupancy rate should has reach 40 or 50%.
The only selling point for midfield is within 10km KL City distance but this is personally thought. Any more?...

In terms of occupancy for Block B1, B2 & C it's about 50% and likely higher for Block A1 & A2.
Speaking of...which condominium that is completed recently have a good occupancy rate? Similarly G Residence? Scott Garden? Still as empty....

Just want to.share dis;  My hse nearly got broken in, last friday @ block A2.
I was home alone when suddenly, someone press my door bell non stop.  I ignore it, as Im very sure Im not expecting any guest at that time. Then I heard someone pushing my window at the wash area n I saw a tall chinese guy hanging at the.window area.
Totally shocked n dunno what to do, that guy just jump over n ran away.
I quickly call the guard thru d phone n ONLY 1 guard came. By the time the guard reach, the thieves already left.

I went to the management n requested for cctv footage on Monday as the office is closed on Sat n Sun  . Nothing much can be done as d cctv footage was blur. What I can confirm is that the thieves works in a group of 2  n they seem to target during working hours. They even make sure nobody at home by pressing the door bell n make sure nobody answer it before climbing in. The thieves wore smartly n are very professional as they disguise in different clothings before n after their session. They park their car outside n when they enter the main guardhouse area, they did not register themselves.

I wonder what are our security guards doing? What's the point of installing cctv when the quality of d footage blurry? Did you guys know tat our emergency staircase does not have any cctv at all?

Residents, please beware. Do lock all windows n doors at ALL times. I hope MF can beef up their security, before more n more cases crops up.

My aircon has been leaking since delivery !!!!
Fed up already ! I ask maintenance dept come inspect n they try repair n that has been happening repeated leaking problem. Every time I got to go 9th floor mgt n report n make appt n the next day another round appt n of inspection n leaking recur .

The hall air con keeping leaking . This round - Entire unit not only leaking on the far right side but all over left to right !!!
So pails to catch the leaking water is a permanent feature at walkway entrance .
I lost count of the many appt n repair man coming over to inspect n trying to repair WITHOUT positive results .

Waste all my appt time as I got to take leave to meet those repair appt .

Fed up . Given up .
Am renting . There r limits to wasting time n complaints I can give .

I think during the JMB meeting should propose to management that all the unit access card can only go up to their entire floor only. Without the access card even though they can go in to the lobby they also got problem go to their level.

In my previous condo that I stayed my access card can only go my floor only, I can't go to other floor. Bad things is when you order delivery you need to go all the way down to lobby to collect but in my opinion I prefer go down rather than anyone without access card can go in and out or to your level. 

This also made life difficult for student whom rent the place as hostel      Not I don;t like the student stay there but not as a hostel , 1 unit more than 10 students stay in

Last i know is, we are still short of intended users. Still cant nego with TM for good deal.
YTL is playing hardball so now we as the owners gotta do something.

Owners of Midfields, i would urge you to fill up the Unifi application form with management.
This is just show that we as the owner of Midifields wants Unifi and not YES.
You may not install it if you are not staying currently.
Once we have enough numbers of application forms, it will be easier for the committee to bargain with TM for better deal. If you are not physically in town, please call up the management office and check whether you can just email them. I think this should work also as email nowadays is officially accepted.

Those who are investors, you should be doing this also because having a fix cable fibre broadband in Midfields will directly help to increase the property price because this is always the biggest consideration for young generation buyers.

PA, do pass on this message to any owners that you know off. price increase = more commission. Win-win situation for everyone accept YTL, but who cares.

Around 4++am - 5am. I was waken up by the noise. Not sure mgmt got made police report or not.

Last week or 2 week ago can't remember what day, at night a group of indian guy driving motor and a honda city force their ways into the guard house and quarrel at block B lobby. not sure what happen I suspect maybe related to the students.. i not sure I just suspect. I think the guards also scare of them
