QUOTE(midfieldsblockb @ May 30 2014, 11:57 PM) Agree with u. I always see the guard open gate for thr car enter 'residence lane'... if the car dun have card, just go visitor lane to register. If u r the residence of MF, u should has car access card... pity those guard also, coz they might always kena scold by those 'unreasonable' residence here... Most ppl whom scold the guards are TENANT ONLY AND I GETTING ANNOY WITH THOSE ARABS...Anyhow still need to make complaint to management. SIMPLY PARK CARS THING THE OWN THE WHOLE DAMN AREA |

What about Astro? If I'm not wrong, considered no individual dish is allowed & without HSBB coverage, none of the resident here able to enjoy Astro Byond services then?
ALL unit have astro byond. only no fix line internet... Well, MF2 is going for CONQUAS certification...which is a big plus for value compared to MF1 horrendous built quality... [/quote] |

QUOTE(confuzan @ May 12 2014, 02:30 PM) i have given some thought on this, but perhaps you guys can find a lawyer to give some advice as i am not sure whether i interpret the act correctly. CAN WE COMPLAINT TO THE http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/it is the competition act 2010. by not providing infrastructure for fixed line services, and indirectly forcing us to use YES as de facto phone line and broadband services, they are effectively creating a monopoly, which is against the competition act. but then again, they could argue that we are given a choice to use other wireless solutions such as maxis, celcom, digi, etc. on the other hand, this does not apply to midfields 1 because the act only takes effect for any agreement after a certain date. (can't remember the exact date) just a suggestion though. again, i might be wrong. |

QUOTE(adamxx @ Sep 21 2014, 11:10 PM) Hi Midfielders, Why noted..Do you think the price of Midfields will increase further once Unifi is available? I was browsing iProperty and found that the selling price is about RM550k. Do you think the price will touch RM600 by early next year? By December installation will start...but not sure will it delay or not.. but i guessing it will be delay till after CNY |

I have check with TM people RM150 paid should not be made to THIS GUY ALEX as it not suppose to collect any type of payment of sort from unifi users as this is consider fraud case if it does..
All midfields owner/resident/tenant beware I already check as I find that he keep on saying that "REMEMBER TO PAID ME RM150 when i see u at the installation" QUOTE(artsyfarty @ Apr 17 2015, 10:23 PM) |

They are now saying it to us that RM150 needed to be paid to alex as TM is paying for the Instaltion on the cables.. that why no installation fee waiver on this matter..
but for me i believe if want to paid also i would not be paying directly to him.. somemore management office said what was an agreement about this payment with the commity members... THE FEE is for pulling the optic fibre cable from FTU UNIT(THE BOX TO BE INSTALLED OUTSIDE OF EACH UNIT GATE-meaning our main door) to the inside unit.. meaning this fee is for that... lets hope the reciept is from TM. did they highlight on this during the AGM QUOTE(artsyfarty @ Apr 20 2015, 11:42 AM) For TM to come in, MF is locked for 5 years, and we only can use TM service which is fair enough as they will cover most of the cost of wiring etc. This post has been edited by weng86: Apr 20 2015, 12:20 PM*someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's roughly the concept why you won't able to install maxis. |

Confuzan, I would like to attend but was away when they inform about the agm.. if not I will not be asking question right?
YTL is con job developer.. look at sentul and here.. two different world.. Lol I guessing mf2 will have the same issue as use on the Internet? No? Always I will be attending the egm this 9 of may.. I would not want the wired be flying all around the condo which will be hideous to our place.. And definitely the value will drop... [qe=confuzan,Apr 20 2015, 03:10 PM] weng86 did you attend the AGM first of all? if you did all your questions will already be answered. TM only agreed to pull cables until outside of midfields. whatever inside midfields is supposedly to be readily done by developer which in our case, IS NOT. even if we have copper direct into home, that would still work. TM will not bear the cost of cabling all of midfields unit (cost vs ROI). Nor are we using the JMB money. So then Alex (TM agent) comes in with the proposal to cable up all of midfields but we still have to bear some of the cost ourselves which is the RM150. as i understand this money is put into a joint account between alex's company and JMB. TM has also decided to subsidize half of the cost of wiring up the entire midfields condo. total cost roughly RM1 mil, according to alex. that is part of the reason why we will only have unifi for now. fair deal or not, i am not too sure because i did not know the full details. but then again, this is the best chance to get wired internet for us. this information is to the best of my knowledge, please correct me if anyone else have better information. I only wash mine once a year... Also kena scold from resident cause dirty their clothing..i for once don't hang my clothing at the balcony... I told them this.. he still insist I can't wash my balcony walau wei then wait raining only wash Meh?
I saw it too the floor trap they should have done it for us too Damn ytl... 3 times a day? maybe he/she like to roll at balcony or maybe sun tan at the balcony.. Looks like more and more car will be parking at the road side soon it will be more once the mf2 is up QUOTE(vincci.vince @ Apr 8 2015, 06:23 PM) I'm extremely concerned that some short sighted people will jeopardize our property by forcing this UNIFI done improperly, cables & FTUs will be EVERYWHERE! Also, I noticed MF2 has floor trap on their balconies which we don't. Look at Block A that's recently painted, some people just don't know how to maintain a building, the fungal & water marks already back! I know this myself, I have neighbor above who washes his/her balcony 3 times a day. Even the best exterior paint would fails in such scenario...In years to come, MF2 faรงade will look sparkling while our' damp & moldy. Need some solution on this too |
