landed property nowadays where got so big space to park 4 cars..i hv seen DS can only park one car..and roadside all cramped up..nowadays, developer sucks..i think it is very unique case to have 4 cars since most of us got one or 2 cars.

i think desa petaling there got plenty of old condo, i saw many cars park roadside..can try luck there n it is near to MF too..rental could be cheaper but less facilities but u can go in as u like..no one bother

i think if 24hrs, any units with many cars can park at visitor bays, as they like. eg back to work (6pm) then go to work (7am) abt 13 hrs, u can repeat as much as u like..ohh, in between, u go out dinner..u can stretch more hours..one person doing..then is ok...if 100 people doing it, u think about it.

the visitor bays maybe all taken up..when other visitors come in no car parks how?

for those visitors that wanna stay 1 or 2 days or maybe more days..u can write to mgmt to seek longer term parking.. i did it when i have visitor.

Clamping is to deter people not following the rules..is like i said park 12hrs u park 18hrs..nothing happened..so why bother the ruling...

if u wish to park more than 12 hrs...go park further down the road..u can park how many days also can...

i think the mgmt should not charging fee just to ensure there are enuf visitor carparks.

out of point abit..i personally feel that those visitors charging in at opening of the door at respective block is funny. Owner shld come down to bring them up to their unit. Maybe shld have one cardon off area for visitor to wait for owner to bring them up....

life more important, if u force it open, by the time u go out..the lift moving, u die there how? furthermore, standard is abt 30m to wait the Thyseen ppl come rescue u..i know it is sucked, freaking lift but by doing so, u have damage the lift and who to pay? owners have to bear the cost...

importantly, if anything happen to u...touch wood!

this is infra issue, YTL did not provide that. the lay cables into MF i heard cost hundred of thousands if not less..so i think u better alternative

cannot be resolve unless have AGM to push through it where investment of infrastructure for laying cable will come from JMB's fund which yr monthly maintenance fee u paid.

Astro HD can solve easily like Block A having now but if u need to subscribe from the contractor that lay HD cable for u..i think 100+ every month
