this issue has been brought up by JMB many times..YTL did not provide the basic Infrastructure for line..if really wanted to implement very expensive..YTL kinda suck in forcing ppl use YES

for those who dream of unifi..can dream on...wont happen tongue.gif tongue.gif

1) Yeah, bear with it
2) u can try go via kuchai lama, ajinimoto then nirvana side..no U turn
3) expected la..so many people staying here..this is not retirement village
4) use gas tank not a prob
5) THIS IS SUCKS
6) Same Problem, blk A uses Acson (mine ok np so far touch woood)
7) Aldy sounded to MGMT..given crap finished prod to owners

about noon time tday, security starting to clamp cars n lorries that park indiscriminately at pathway along jln besi kawi (near the guard house) these cars r actually blocking the traffic flows..FYI, jln besi kawi belongs to JMB of Midfields since DBKL pass the baton aldy

DBKL resists to take over jalan besi kawi, so YTL pass back to JMB of MF. So, JMB of MF owns the road including maintenance of the road as well. You can park behind ( further down and left turn) i see no issue there since that place is bigger and owns by DBKL...it is really frustrated when lanes being occupied and traffic at halt. ..

there are plenty of carpark available for sales ( i c plenty of front row many levels - facing lift empty), if money is issue, can buy 8th floor i think 15k only.

someone got 4 cars still can park behind..so, what the fuss!!!

as for tenants wanna move out, hope u can find a better place tongue.gif

i think buyers are NOT aware that there is no telekom line ( which i think is OUTRIGHT idiot of chinaman mentality of YTL by FORCING ppl use YES)

Whether asali rich or not, owns how many cars or carparks who care..he just voice up his opinion..there are plenty of choices we have.

If u have been promised by owner/agent who rent u the unit that MF comes with telekom line , pls go sue him/her for mispresentation i fully support u verbally hehe..

There are pros n cons here

For those got one-two carpark, he may complaint ppl simply park roadside, for those got many cars n need to park roadside n kena clamped sure curse like hell, i would ( i kena clamped by at carpark)..then if me, i just go park behind loh since not far also from my USUAL parking roadside...no big deal..

800 unit alltogether sure got ppl happy, unhappy, agony...ultimately cheer up..


dun happy move out...got money u think cannot find place to rent meh thumbup.gif

very funny to say conned. u can still park further up. i just dun understand why ppl dun wan park.

commercial got it owns carpark and new block also got its own carpark as well. If u wan to buy condo, pls ensure yr carparks requirement are met, if not find condo that got ample open space carpark. when i bought i got one carpark, n i got 2 car so i just buy another one..fix

i think u shld voice up to yr landlord since ur tenant abt all problem u mentioned
