u can try plc or petshack..u can buy it online also from petshack..pick the poo and put it in the toilet..so they'll know where to poo next time..

hi. tadi bawak my GP jumpa vet. as my GP still basah kat bawah badan dia, near his stomach. and bila dia minum dari bottle, air tu macam keluar balik sampai basah mulut dan leher dia. well, the doctor said just remove the hay as the bedding. just use newspaper as bedding because the hay may contain chemical. badan dia basah tu maybe sebab dia sendiri tak selesa dengan diri dia. so he keeps himself wet. his teeth just ok, not too long. the doctor gimme an antiseptic to rub the body of my GP. and gimme an antibiotic for my Gp. so i have to inject the antibiotic to my GP's mouth everyday. hahahaha. faham ka korang ni??

the doctor charged me rm25. untuk antibiotik inject kat mulut dia and antiseptik untuk lap badan dia yang basah tu.

Wat bottle u use wor? Seem like the sucker is a bit loss or too big hence leaking or too much water come out when ur pig suck it.. Hay as bedding not so good here.. As hay not cheap here.. Plus their pee and poo will soil the hay and if they consume it .. Not good ma... Hay contain chemical? Wat brand of hay u using la? Hay is usually chemical free and it is sun dried and sterilized only.. No chemical added..
For ur bedding .. U can use fleece or toilet floor mat with newspaper under it.. make her or get her a toilet area.. They r quick learner if u hav the heart to teach them..but sometimes still got error la.. But the pee and poo will jus be at 1 corner not the whole cage..y d dr giv antibiotik for? Ur pig got infection meh?

to prevent him from infection. just a cheap bottle one. as free when I bought the cage for my GP. before this, the chin and mouth area never wet. just this few days back his chin wet. i forgot what brand i used for the hay. rm15 per box, 300gm. yeah, the doctor said the hay might contain chemical. so, i just remove the hay and put toilet floor mat with newspaper under it. hope he get well soon.

but i brought my gp there before,he is having same symptom with ur gp..
that indian doctor said is bacterial infection,after that he give an injection 2 my gp,and give some antibiotic too...
but after 2-3 days,my gp died..
i think he is not expert enough to cure d small animals such as gp..

oh really? im really worried here. huhu. dia layan my GP pun macam biasa je. tengok sikit-sikit. then dia cakap, oh gigi dia pendek lagi. i think bacteria itu macam la. then dia cakap la, GP ni selalunya takde masalah sangat la. maybe ur Gp guna air liur untuk bersihkan diri dia. huh?? my GP x pernah pun jilat badan dia sendiri, not like kucing la.. nevermind, pray he will survive

Just take your GP to vets who knows about GP, like Dr. Jenny. Better be safe than sorry.

sound like not very keen on small animal dr there...guinea pig clean themselve using a special fluid( white in colour) from their eye.. when they r grooming themselves.. their eye will leak out a white fluid which they will use to clean themselves.. for ur case.. it is only 2 possibilities--> as u say ur pig drink from bottle and there is water dripping .. another is he hav a wet chin due to his teeth is long..

Does anyone here facing guinea pig don't eat pellet and drink crazy lots of water? but i do buy diferrent pellet, its only eat some pellet, then hay is crazy fast finish with water? what should i do??
