Yes it does help.. After bath.. U will c all d mites gather at the back end there.. From there u can apply those mites cream or spray to kill them all at once.. Do remember to use warm water if not ur piggies might catch cold.. Shampoo her throughly using johnson baby shampoo and rinse it..afTer tat take a tupperware fill it with warm water and add 1:1 vinegar to it.. Then use a cloth rinse it with the solution and wrap ur gp with it and keep her in the tupperware for 5 minute ++ then rinse it off.. Dry her using a clean dry cloth while using a hair dryer... Dont direct blow at her and remember to keep it at normal heat.. If u hav a flea comb use it .. If not jus use ur hand and hair dryer the mess around with its hair so tat those mites fall off.. After tat u might still notice a lot of mites gathering at the back end.. Jus use those mite talcum to get rid off them... Hope this help.. If my method is wrong pls correct me.. But tis is wat i do to my gp and my gp is fine
But surely u still will hav to visit the vet to solve it 100%..

mine wheecks super loud when they hear plastic bag noises. not sure whether it hurts their ears or is it bcos of the fact that, whenever there's plastic bag noises, food will come. cos their food always inside plastic bag ma. hahhaha

also, does your GP jumps (popping) often? my GP likes to jump ALOT. read in somewhere that it might b bcos they are happy, or perhaps there are mites in their body, making them itchy.mm not sure which one thou.

either way, here's pepper (on the right) and levy (leh-vee, not le-why.haha)

Hi Jervinn , This is catherine ^^ the one with crested gp ler. Can't believe can meet you here haha. Yes, they are jumping because they are happy and playing with each other. It's call popcorning. If got mites, they won't jump, they will keep scratching.

wow all is cute and vinegar is my choice which i given last time and i still use it, no hard to gp and safe, but not guarantee 100% to all gp since vinegar only will stop mite not coming back from awhile only, but my site here is fine, and the mite is decreasing.

I am using my Bf account to update my piggies.(Chubbyangel) Well, my piggies been using Revolution for mites problems for almost a month now. No more black dots on both of my piggies and they are more active and happy than before.They pop corning once a while now...the other day first time i saw them pop corning (both of them) running up and down the cage and jump here and there...It is really funny to see them behave this way.For those piggies that have uncontrollable mites problems I will suggest you guys to visit the vets and ask for revolution...as i use many kind of medicine to kill the mites but still not able to get rid of it..but with revolution u can see the result in 2 days.All gone and ur gps more active and eat more and more...For bedding Dr Jenny advise me if possible do not use wood shaving as these may be one of the reason that mites keep coming back after a while...so using breeder celect or back to nature is more manageable and also no funny smell... so good luck to all new owners.
