Finally LVS back to where it belongs, 16-17$

Looks at the seller, willing to dump at any price...?

Google pulling out from China market, and now gives way to BAIDU to conquer it. Too much restriction for American company. Can't really fight baidu. Strategy - Retreat, and re-attack few months/year later.

I think we are going to cycle down this time around. A lot more negative news in the market now than anticipated.
Let see if we can pull back to 10500 or S&P 1025 and if so, just buy some at that level.

Added on January 13, 2010, 11:48 pmAs for GOOG, It is a no win situation for them, therefore, they have to abandon the plan for now.

Their core ideals back at home office in conflict with their business plan in China.
If they need to succeed, they must play the Chinese chess, and align themselves with dictatorial China
perhaps under a different company name altogether. They have play with the evil dictator because
the freedom of expression and thoughts does not exist in China.

Same goes for any other companies that wish to play in China. For example: YHOO, they've been there and they knew it, and they regretted what they did but can't help it. China forced their hands. Can't escape the facist capitalist govt for now.

One has to be evil and control all information to play in China. nod.gif

Closing update:
Dow 10680.77 +53.51 +0.50%
Nasdaq 2307.90 +25.59 +1.12%
S&P 500 1145.68 +9.46 +0.83%

Whoa! This market isn't giving the bears any chance of a decent pullback yet. laugh.gif

Buy high, becomes bag holder. biggrin.gif

Anyway, it will start to pullback soon for people to jump it.
We got worse than expected retail data, worse than expected initial claims.. Oil going lower with better weather and higher inventory.
This gotta to pullback. Investors at this level will want to take some off for profits.

What da fak. Nothing changed. Market absorbed the news like its nothing.

Really shitty market. What the heck they are thinking?

With bids due tomorrow and 12 firms that are interested, sources say not a single bid has come in yet for MGM. Some potential bidders withdrew, others are hesitating over a confidentiality agreement - either way it's bad news for studio owners and MGM's $3.7B in debt

MGM up 25cts?? What the fcuk goin on?

LAB up, EK up.

MGM has been too high. Too risky.

I will wait C to drop to 3.30 before stock in.

This market isn't pulling back to allow C to dip, infact it is going higher.
Gotta be patient there.

Just continue to ride up on your long stocks for now. nod.gif

With INTC exploding earnings, it may rally even higher tomorrow.

haha.. just want to collect at lower.. <$3.30

My investment strategy changes, will only sapu those undervalued stocks and wait for it to raise.

For me, MGM and LVS are now too high about 20% of their suitable prices. So will wait for it to drop first. MGM < $10 only I will enter.. wink.gif
