A police report should help in solving this case,
I also suggest you to review all her private details including her Facebook profile, if her Facebook profile is active, just posted a comment on her wall there, "CHEATER! *with the link to this page*" and she'll get it, all her close frens would know about it and let see how she deal with it. |

After begging me a few times i chose to help her since she said will return it to me in 5 minutes time.but ended up did not. my transferred receipt,(Receiver name is her friend and will explain further below)  after that she asked for another rm600 for her to activate account as her money got stuck inside the account rm50 is insufficient.(since i already helped her i chose to top up another rm600 and i am so regret for the decision now) 31 oct 2009 5.24pm Okay thanks babe, Really sorry to bother my money got stuck inside cant do anything but i need some to put my pocket for tonight's event , sorry babe to bother. below is the rm600 receipt  so after asking for her refund for a few days below is her reply 3 november 09 12.01am babe did i inform you that the money rm1450 (which included her mom's extension )opened cheque d draft in you d, Written your bank account this afternoon when she is at kl afternoon.It's public bank cheque.babe please check it.Wait later i give you recipt information .So she is taking the hair for sure. if you are able to get this sandor to help provide the girls details for you,
then make an official report... You need.. IC number, written report from the real Sandor.. and his/her IC to verify his/her story. also keep a timeline and receipt of your transactions as well. edit:ts i've sent you what my thoughts are, you may want to get to know this "sandor " more. anyway you seem like a nice person, wish i had more friends like you. bai1101 advice is pretty good, just make sure the account or any details of her are correct, police are just lazy, i keep wondering why they cant trace back to the conman even tho they are using other ppl's account, how the conman take that money from tht person? there must be a way they interact.

Any updates on your case? Did you receive your money back? If not, I think you should make a police report, to open up your ways of exposing this swindler. No doubt it's not going to be convenient on your part but don't give in and stall no more. Take action or else these swindlers will always think that they can get away with the local's "Tak Ape la. Biar la" attitude.

Dear,u are too kind ..... Last year Im also her victim ,she scammed me like the way she do to u. But the amount is not so big like yours, mine about rm200+ if not mistaken. But i get my money back cause i ask my boyfriend to called her and ask her to pay otherwise report police. Then she really bank in for me
 eventhough not full amount,but i get about 80% of the amount. O ya,im a wig/hair extensions seller too. Second case, she scammed my customer too !!!! about rm200+- for real hair extensions. I put her details in the front page of my thread as blacklist customer. But my customer salah faham and though that one is my details and try to contact her. I dont know all about this until one day my customer leave a feedback in my thread and said why she haven receive the hair extensions for long time. Then my customer told me about the hp number and name then i realised is samantha After that i got gave my customer samantha's personal details then i dont know what happend between them le.Next time dont easily trust what ppl said and never send the items out before confirm the payment. If you have never met this MonsterGirl in person, most likely the pictures that you've got are fakes of this MonsterGirl anyway and probably taken from the web somewhere of some other models and pretending to be MonsterGirl. Be ware! Scammers always good at social engineering and provide you with nice picture to lure the victims in.  |

1. bring the report police to the bank, ask the officer to get HER details out 2. bring the details to the police officer that handle your case 3. they will solve it within a week, police will call you once the scammer in the police station 4. solve it nicely or take action to the scammer dont wait as time keeps running =) |

i think she updated her blog till 20th Jan and having fun going around shopping/donning herself up as per her blogposts. tho she mentioned about selling clothes in blogshop to get some 'savings' to clear up her 'sh*t'. dont know whether her savings are intended to pay you or not. being kaypoh, i read her blog further and i see that she has got the moolahs to go to singapore and get clothes for sale at her 'blogshop'. that shows how 'sincere' she is in settling with you.

i think TS should go ahead with claiming money from her using runners/what method you like but legally since she's enjoying her sg/taiwan trip, buying this and that. i dont see anyhow that shes actually saving money to give it back to you. the longer you tolerate, the further your money will be away from you.

Anyway, i think the best way is better you report the case to Metro Harian. Cuz,they are so interested about the local model and local artist real life. Some more that is the malay newspaper and most of all goverment staff nor police will read malay newspaper more than chinese newspaper lo..hahaha..Once this case has already been up to newspaper, sure all the police will do something to show that they are "working" for MASYARAKAT. GOD will know how 'hurt' in your heart now... RM900++ is not a small amount. So please dun give-up by "chasing" this MONSTER EVIL... GOD will always bless for a kind person... TS seems to be numb about getting back her money since it has been delayed for several months. im not an idiot but then i just feel that I admitted that I cheated her money and yesterday night ive already bank in the money for her and yeah im the samantha which the picture posted up and all. I dont want to hide myself and admit wad ive done. Yeah it was me all along and I was in singapore too!
ive bank in via cash deposit last night total amount of money in her account. ASK THE SELLER LIM YI YIN then. if I really wanna cheat her i wun be bothering returning her rm25- at first as well. i know so long already but then I still try my best to return it to her and im really sorry it took me so long. |
