I just got a call from TITAN GROUP... by ms elyssha qisstina..... also the same trick invite me to their event in bayview hotel penang... say they want open a theam park in penang want ask for penang ppl idea.... wtf... I never trust those calls... and I am rite! thanks for sharing here bro and sis! LETS SPEAD around dont let other ppl got cheated!

i just found this thread. Dam... i just paid RM8400 to them. After checking this thread, i imediatly going back with my gf and asking that we want refund and reconsider bout this. The manager keep tell us they are valid and even asking us to find carrefoul or tesco to call and ask about them.We manage call carrefoul.. and yes they know about titan group.

the manager also that our RM8400 is no refundtable...but why not telling me in the 1st place? this time i was thinking that i still need 70% to paid them for a rides RM28000, if i cant manage to get the CC for the payment, which mean RM8400 just paid them for nothing? We know we cant do much on spot there to request the refund... so after discuss with my GF, we sms the manager and tell that we want refund or else will filled tribunal claims. he sms me and tell me he going to oversea and only will back by 26th. he will follow up with me and asking me no worry.. but my and gf very worry after this this thread.

I am from Penang, and i am going to filled tribunal complain + press conference call which only this way will get people to avoid this company (if they no refund me). So i need you guys some advice, do i need wait for 26th when the manager back or direct filled the complain?

So now i not sure, i paid the 30% payment with CC, and my current CC is block already... can i request them paid me in cheque or direct bank in to my local bank?

this company might valid, but i feel no comfortable due if check in website, complain more than made money from them d. May i know do here have people paid RM8400 and get refund from them?

Talked to SSM officer (suruhan jaya syarikat malaysia) about this scam, they advice to lodge a police report, and filed a complain(aduan) to them attach with the police report, I'have reported to the police, now in progress of submitting the aduan to SSM. The more complaints/aduan reported to them, the better they can make the case..... please do so asap,

I'll try to capture picture tomorrow morning..they have clean the mess already when i come in to office, but their keypad still got stain of spray..

yesterday when i go home, i peek in to their office and a group of youngster like gangster were sitting in the premises

i was invited to titan group today, as their neighbor and 1 of the location surveyor (alex ng) look for me and we have a short chat about 30-35minute.

it was regarding this thread, he show me some genuine refund to some of the people..some of their customer as quite big, unfortunately it's not right to mention which customer they are..

1 of the person that they promise to refund are lyn member, which believe is adzhaibrahim..

for some security purpose and P&C i wasn't allow to take anything with me to post in lyn, but alex have requested that whoever in lyn or from any part of KL/SL read this, if you have problem with your account with titan group, please contact titan group and look for alex for further information regarding a refund or status of their kiddie ride.

as for the mess happen in their office few day ago (the spray/liquid which found on their premises), it was claim that it is possible work of some unhappy staff/company who try to jeopardize the company..

good news everybody !!! i did receive the paycheck as promised by alex ng, but only half of it and later they will get me full refund which is another half hopefully around this month.... do call mr alex for further info or anything regarding status of your kiddie ride.... this company is sincere towards their business, the only thing i know from alex, maybe their sales manager no being able to comfort us during the process of getting the machine, and yet maybe this forum also make us felt uncomfortable....

i repeat, if anyone felt not comfortable or unease, please look for alex, he will help you, and explain it to you.i'm here not to make any bad reputation to the Company Titan group sdn bhd or to make judgment of the this is a scam, but to express my disappointment and feelings during the process.

But now, upon receiving the money i felt much better and have a positive view of this company.
