I requested for a refund and the lady gave the excuse that the machines were already ordered. What company would do that before getting the full amount due? They said they will get a loan for me but never did. They are really trying to cheat ppl!

I was told by the lady her manager will call me but he never did. Instead she started digging for more credit card info from me! She then said the comapny cant refund the deposit. That's why I feel the company is trying to cheat people! If they are sincere then why hasn't the manager which I addressed my compaints to twice ever responded?

The manager isnt even Alex.

I made a report at the police station and to SSM tonight because I was told by a manager (this guy isn't the real head of the group) that he will call me back numerous times these few days when I called but never did. I even called tonight and he said to call back in half hour. When I called back, he didnt want to answer. I made one final call before going to the police station. I have given them numerous chances to prove their worth to me but everything they have done make me doubt their genuine.

I have waitied 2 mths already and have received no news from them! Its irritating. How can I have good comments about a company that keeps lying to me!!

I have also waited.gave them time.since end of april they promised to refund.its now june!!!!

James Lee JR who claimed to be a manager for Titan group now says he has resigned!! I asked about my refund and he asked me to asked the company. Yesterday when I called the company, a guy by the name of Hong said he will get back to me in an hour but never did!! If they expect me to give them any good comments then refund me my money!!! I have waited long enough!!!

I requested for refund since apr and even tdy im told maybe its still in process since theres nothing in their record!!!! time and time again i am being promised my refund but damn it, they are all liars!!! If they are genuine then why doesnt Alex or Pearly or Hong or Albert or anyone ever return my calls?!
