Had a massive fight with my SA, the kind of fight that would sever ties even among the best of friends. She's insisting on checking whether I wanna continue with the order or cancel, while I told her, without any semblance of an EDD, a rough estimate even, I cannot make that decision! The way I see it, she's reluctant on giving any more discount than she already had given on mine, should the EDD date slip any more than "early March". I won't proceed of either continuing or canceling without a firm EDD, not all these guesstimate nonsense.

The last of our argument went till she logged off from work, since suspiciously I cannot get hold of her on the phone and she "conveniently" says she couldn't get through to me by her phone.

How is it that Alienware's service has gone down the tube this badly baffles me. Mist probable reason would be because they're now a part of Dell, and their orders mixing with the thousands other boring Dell laptops has its importance deprioritized compared to when they're their own entity last time.

I'm gonna update how many days my order has stagnate at one particular phase until it moves to the next. For now, it has been EIGHT days since payment confirmation that it has stagnated at "Order Received". In contrast, it took the same eight days for Alienware UK to process my order, build the m15x, burn-in, and SHIP it from Dublin. Compare that, folks!
