blink.gif  can catch bichir and fish at lake titiwangsa? i only know got a lot of turtle la :S

what bichir you caught ar?
*
the normal bichir..hehe..the one that they usually sell at RM25.....you have to go catch at night, that's when those fish got to the side to find smaller fish to eat...

QUOTE(Devillsin @ Apr 26 2010, 03:21 PM)
hey guys just wondering can a flowerhorn be kept with oscars and an arowana ? just wondering cause my dad said when i get big tank in the future no monster looking fish like Gars or Pacu sad.gif
*
i believe they won't merge...coz even oscar can't be kept with kaloi..so oscar and flowerhorn will be the same.....but i believe if they fight..oscar will win!... a smaller size of oscar can win over a kaloi...

QUOTE(pigpig @ Apr 26 2010, 06:09 PM)

ohh...i live in cheras.. lol...perhaps i can give ya some black juice...
frenly, my opinion la, i think your tank should be put in your living room if it's for feng shui purpose..coz, i think it will looks more grand, cause it will be like, when ppl enter your house, they will like, wow, big beautiful fish...and erm,

"As per the feng shui belief Arowanas are believed to possess capabilities to distinguish between an enemy and a well-wisher. It is believed that if the arowana in the aquarium shows aggression toward the visitor to house, he is an enemy; and if the fish remains calm, the visitor is a well-wisher." quote from wikipedia...

so i think living room is better for fengshui purpose..

the black juice a...i could only give ya on saturday, weekdays all work..i only back home at 10.30 everyday

Hi every bros out there. Do all of you check your aro tank Ph level ? What if the Ph level higher than it should be. Is there anyway or any device or liquid which can lower down the Ph level other than using ketapang leaves ?
*
use black water lo...

QUOTE(BenSow @ May 4 2010, 11:28 PM)
tried that... ice melted and the water still same tongue.gif i freeze a whole coke bottle and put inside the ice oso melt and bcom same temp wif the tank...
*
ice is unsafe man...IN CASE the temperature goes too low, your fish could "overturn" DIRECTLY..lol...
is ur tank tightly close? if yes, try open up a little space for some air to breath in...it would help...
or? maybe your new motor is not a good one? a bad one could produce high amount of heat and makes the water warm...

Bro,

How do you know that your water ph was 7.8 ?
I just wash my tank and to be honestly it is super tiring
Sweat a lot ..
It is maybe because of the height of the tank and i have to climb on the chair to sucks the dirt out from the water.
By the way, any easy ways to remove the water from the tank? I'm using a host n sucks the water out ...of course not with my mouth ...

Firstly, i will put tank in the water from my tap after that i just remove the host from my tap and the water will automatically sucks out from the tank. Any other method? I found it very troublesome .
*
go buy the manual sucker la...around RM10-20
got a pump for u to pump out the water...am using that one..no more running to the tap, turn on water...then pull out and run back...suck suck suck...mis-suck, then gotta run back again..lol

Added on May 6, 2010, 11:12 pmhey leong, where did u brought the lighting with timer a? and how much does it cost?
