I need you guys to help me on this quest, that is, kindly suggest me vital ingredients and cooking methods for THE Ultimate Burger. You guys can try experimenting first and post the results here. For me, essential stuff are: Sesame buns Onions Ketchup Mayonnaise Mustard BBQ sauce Ramly Patty Egg Cheese Butter(extra punch Guys, let your imagination run wild! I'll post this up on first page once its a success |

There is a burger stall in Ampang selling "burger sepah". They called it so because after u ate their burger u will look messy (bersepah-sepah). The burger sizes are huge with thick succulent patties and massive amount of sauce. Anyone heard of it? I am not sure bout the exact location.

Ramli Burgers are not really good burgers.
Before one can understand burger is cooked than you should be able to appreciate real good charbroiled burger. Question u should ask is WHAT REALLY MAKES A GOOD BURGER?? It's the Beef Patty and Marinades. Good burger must be B.E.E.F. meat. Period!!!!! than the way its crumbles and grill ok. not Pan fry. GRRRRLLLL AMIGOS That's y when i read this thread, OMG so many AMATEURS in burgers praising RAMLI burgers. Good burgers are made medium rare and oilllyy... When i see some of the RAMLI overcooked burgers with little oil (Stingy Burger Owners) and keep on pressing the remaining oils from the patties, it make me sick... Shit Food. MOS burgers are good. If really want to taste good burgers in Malaysia. There is none. Period! Just check out South American Burgers if u really want to know what Burgers all about. |
