4Mbps users uses a different DSLAM. Its not the same as the regular ones , I dont quite know the reason why

How on earth SKMM can help you with that. They might forward and TM might just say uh once we have enough users we'll help you. Its a different thing if your 4Mbps sucks.

i juz called 100 juz now, report on slow speed n tell my speed test,d gurl report level 2, then later she said that level 2 tell that they cant check my port, so hv to wait 3-4 days and call back. .

the best way is direct go to TM point
i never call 100 i will direct go to TM and report my problem
another thing is when technician come to  your house make sure u get their hp number
because they are the person who incharge streamyx around your area

Great now I dont get 218.111 ip any more. I think they have changed it. If you're on 218.x.x.x , try disconnecting and reconnecting !

I was on 218.111 for nearly about a month , till I turned off the modem about few hours ago and realised that my 218.111 ip range is gone. I am not sure about you guys , assuming you've not disconnected.

yeah same here... my average ping to singapore 189ms on 218.111 ip's. i guess all 218.111 ip's fakap ardy   

after complaint and complaint, streamyx give me 218 ip... to china very fast, ping time 150ms+, will not afraid my transaction to china will drop to s.e.a sea... but other area latency look like very high...

Well it seems that 218.111 are out already , looks like a lot of 4Mbps CoolUni users
