as i see in de nokia malaysia website as of today, it's no more a 'coming soon' model d... it's been taken off the 'coming soon' title... do that means it's not available in nokia store d?

no idea man... said gonna launched in march but till today no news... just that de lastest i saw was malaysian nokia site had taken out the word 'coming soon' d lor...

either they will bring it in or they wont... hmm...

I'm from Belgium (EU), and I've also been waiting for this phone to arrive. I've called Nokia Benelux but they couldn't help me, then i sent an e-mail to Nokia United Kingdom.
There they told me this today:
"With regards to your email about the Nokia 1280 and which country this product is available. We have checked this and this is available in the Philippines, Middle East and Africa."

Anybody with more information about availability?

I think the Nokia 1280 is perfect, i love the simplicity and monochrome display. His looks are awesome. But the only thing i miss is Bluetooth, just to synchronise my contacts through computer, and to use with car speaker.
It would be awesome if a variant of the Nokia 1280 comes out with the Bluetooth function (but the same looks etc) (and maybe a MicroUSB connector for charging, since there was told that in future, every phone would have this for a power connector)
