for those who asking on ECU unit.
the answer is YES. the ecu is located besides the engine (something like 3.5" harddisk). and the engine heat wont affect the ECU

the drawback is, if there is water on the road.. way above your heels (buku lali) level. it is advisable not to going pass them.
it might cause the ECU problem later (although it has been sealed).

i'm not sure how far this is true. but my SA said this to me.

guys,

for 2.0 buyer.... better make up ur mind that will only get the car by feb onwards... i make complain few times during last and this week about the availability of 2.0... finally today they (toll free) call me back and confirmed that currently all 2.0 reserved for Langkawi market... so, 2.0 buyer will need to wait till Feb...

i'm damn angry after received this news and call direct to the branch manager that i placed my booking+DP... he said actually for those that booked before launching, still have the chance to get the car as this is their regional manager promised and instruction. he will come back to me personally within this week about whether he can get the car for me or not.... mad.gif
Just got the load approved, even though I have booked the car before launch, the SA also told me 2.0 got to wait for 2 months, and likely after CNY. That's damn demoralize. Not a very responsible move for Naza in launching the model with variant that they can't deliver ASAP. sad.gif

damn.. 1.4 turbo..
QUOTE
the Cruze will be able to cruise for over 800km with its 57-litre tank.

that amaze me... before this 1.8l engine give bad respond... all prefer 1.6l even less horsepower...
now got 1.4 turbo generating 138bhp and 200Nm of torque peaking below 2000rpm
walao~

for 1.6SX, who wanna join for FC test?
its best if you could state your brand preference so that we could observer which brand and RON that give best FC.

coz i've survey in internet and mostly (in general) said that for RON95, caltex and BHP gives more km and power. 2nd is esso. 3rd is petronas and lastly shell.
*
i'll give BHP a try 1st since it works well on my old car now. 2nd choice will be petronas.
shell, haven't try the new fuel save formula yet, prior to that new formula their RON95 was worse than others in terms of mileage.

Hi guys,

I'm a potential 2.0 forte buyer, after gone thru some researches, found that from some reviewers point the Motor Driven Steering Wheel is very light to be control as compared with those hydraulic ones..
Anyone here ever use Motor Driven Steering Cars before? Can u give any comments on this?

Yeah, Chevrolet Cruze is another option when it is out maybe next year....But don't know what's the price of it..
Hopefully Naza will takeover the dealership and price shall be very competitive..haha

but this car should be on my want to buy list as after Forte, i will buy another car within 2 years time...

hope there will be more car intro to our bolehland within 2 years......

no exatly, the great function of MDPS is not only reduce FC but also it will automatically adjust the steering feel where:
when car speed is @ parking speed, the steering will be light so that it will ease the driver to park
when the car is speed, it will be adjust so it won't be so light....

correct me if i'm wrong.... i read this at somewhere else about the MDPS.....

erm...
yes.. i saw the car when i'm in seoul... as Daewoo.. and most of the owner change it back to chevy..
to be frank.. the interior and exterior.. both are better than forte (for my point of view, when you see the real car, is really outstanding)
spec wise.. forte win... price wise.. forte win again.. but if u talk about quality of the cabin..
some said the cruze can even comparable with german quality..
