I dont know maybe for penaga (ground floor unit ) a bit different ( not sure for semarak unit )...The SA also told me that semarak & penaga have a few differences e.g tiles using(on tiles size),penaga got laminated flooring in all bedroom but for Semarak all tiles ,and the price also different...Other i cant remember...I will check with SA tomorrow & check the SNP again when i received it after been stamped...I'll updating later k..

I attached herewith the image of booking receipt coz d original signed SNP i not received yet,since need to be stamped...But at the column Purchaser details and unit no.been covered with blank paper for security purpose..sorry cant expose....

mine is 1098sqf...rm 246,980 comes with one covered carpark and rm12k rebate....last time still got 2 units left...1 penaga and 1 semarak...both are at high floor....not sure if it still available...
