p1 rep has left the building without any support carry on. Mine even worst, i got plenty of calls, some call say make appointment to install external hub for me, some call to make appointment to reposition modem AGAIN!!!, some call to ask if anybody call me!!!??? some call ask what is my problem...

hopeless la P1....my problem started from 2009 till now still ain't solve and i had been moving and renting 3 different place.
1. YEAR 2008, Puchong (Rent Room), connection perfect for 1st 3 month, after that slow like 2 fat azz fooking each other.
2. YEAR 2009 - 2010 SS2 (Rent Room), connection worst than the time i was staying in Puchong. Sometimes got line but most of the times no line.
3. YEAR 2010 Selayang (Own Home), i was told i got great coverage in Selayang, so i abandon my rental room in SS2 and move back home...fook, no line at all till now. everyday i stuck in jam travelling to work and vice verse since the day i move back to home town. By the way, my office is in PJ. FOOK YOU FOR TELLING ME SELAYANG GOT LINE!!! NOT ONLY I WASTED MY EFFORTS, I WASTING MONEY ON PETROL TOO!!!
4. The case now pending at CFM, STOP CALLING ME ASKING ME TO WITHDRAW MY CASE FROM CFM!!! AND STOP MAKING APPOINTMENT FOR SITE VISIT CAUSE IF YOU SEND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WITHOUT SOLUTION, I WILL BREAK HIS f***ING LEGS!!!

P1, you technician had call me so many time during office hours and promised to call me back in the evening after office hour and guide me on the phone on how to lock to a station.
But they never call back!

Your technician had promised to call me in the evening from 9pm-10pm to guide me on how to lock to a station.
They had called me numerous time in the afternoon and asking what's my problem. I suggest that you suggest to your technician to study my complaint history before making a phone calls.
ASK YOUR TECHNICIAN WHO HAD PROMISED ME TO CALL ME BACK TO GIVE ME A BLOODY CALL BEFORE I MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO CFM!!

AGAIN! like said, someone from your site did called me as usual; let me do this simulation to help you and me better;
P1: hai this xxx calling from P1. Are you Mr.xxx Me: Yes i am, what can i do for you? P1: May i know how is your connection? Me: kindly refer to the last technician visited my house or refer to any log for my service history. P1: Ok, we will follow up on this matter for you.
SAME CONVERSATION SINCE MARCH!!
Let me conclude my problem.
1. Puchong (Renting a room) - COnnection is wonderfull, dream come true.
2. SS2, PJ (Renting a room) - Due to work, i move into PJ. Connection was horrible as listed; 2.1 - Frequent DC 2.2 - Weak Signal 2.3 - Cannot VPN to Office Network in US or SG. 2.4 - Cannot upload files via FTP Your technician claim i live in borderline or whatever crap.
3. Selayang, Own Home - your technician said connection is wonderfull. So i move back home and to my surprise NO CONNECTION AT ALL, NO SIGNAL, NOTHING, NULL.
Technician came and also agree with me, there are no SIGNALS AT ALL. He claimed he will check for me.
Begining of May, i have very mild signals...it was horrible, worst than my time staying in SS2. I can only surf google. no video, no download, no upload, no youtube, i can do nothing!!
1. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN ASKING ME WHAT IS MY PROBLEM 2. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN SAYING YOU WILL CALL ME BACK WHICH YOU NEVER DID 3. DO NOT ASK ME HOW WAS MY CONNECTION CAUSE IT IS A RETARDED QUESTION 4. DO NOT WASTE MY TIME SENDING A TECHNICIAN OVER WITHOUT SOLUTION CAUSE I AM SICK OF FALSE HOPE!

P1, finally i able to upload a small attachment for your perusal...wow this is a miracle (sarcasm), i finally can upload a small file here which i can't since march. see the attachment and tell me what the flying fook i can do with such connection everynight since the day i move back to hometown here! Please appreciate this post of mine cause this is seriously a miracle. Do me and you a favour...another round of 99 buck waive for this month usage... P1 disappointed users, this month would be the third month i am getting my fee waive. do not pay them and request for waiver if your connection is bad for even 2 weeks! Please cease your payment till problem solve and test it at least 2 weeks after fixes. Please do not return the modem and cancel your subscription, it will just make P1 job easier. Attached image(s)

Dear P1;
The technician did pay me a visit last Sunday, he struggle so hard to identify my problem. He manage to get my modem locked onto a new base station in my neighbourhood.
Problem solve, but only lasted a few hours. Today i cannot complete my speedtest. I have no fu$king ideas what the flying fu$k i should do with P1. i already make a screenshot of the speedtest, the upload speed is too bloody weak to upload the screenshot for your perusal.
i cannot tolenrate this anymore, i want consistancy. i am exchausted of this $hit. i am tired of sometime i got minimun connections, most of the time i got sh1t connections.
Do me a favour, please find your technician Ari a room rental around my neighbourhood, so that he can withness first hand what sort of bloody connections i face everyfookingbloody day.
Thank you P1, please tell your boss whatever bloody Lai surname he is, if he want my 99bucks, come and suck my d1ck evernights to earn my 99 bucks...i give up!

finally since March till now, i can successfully complete my speedtest in less than 5 minutes. hooray P1. And this is the new base station the technician help me to lock on. A NEW BASE STATION in my neighbourhood. WOW, new base station. but at least i get to complete the speedtest which i never can.  P1, you are champion broadband provider.
