Please ask hairi or khairil or someone by the name like that to call me cause this month i will not pay for my usage. As usual, please kindly do me a waive.

Today is getting worst than few days ago even before i lodged a complaint at CFM.

1) 1 minit lenght of video on youtube takes forever to buffer. i can't even watch a 10 second videos on youtube.
2) any flash page or html pages load slow and very slow, only text will be loaded but not pictures...see how slow is that?
3) Your technician did called me but they can only come next week saturday and that will make a total of 3 weeks i am stuck with this crap useless modem!!!

And on Monday i gotta tell my management not to bank in the internet allowance for this month, and i will get screw again by the management!!!

Thanks to Digi internet prepaid, my 360kbps connection can load any freaking pages and video and sound faster than my 1200kbps P1!!!

lol, that was my speed like when i first subsribe...wait till your neighbour start subscribing, your bandwidth will be cut down so that your neighbours would be impress with p1 and cycle is looping and looping.

yeah i am currently using Digi Internet Prepaid...amazingly, the 350kbps load video faster than my P1 on 800-1000kbps...let me know when you wanna terminate without penalty...maybe we can go for a drink after terminate it.

mine only last 1 mont plus...after that i am here again. i had reported more than i don't know 10 times and non reported are around 20 times plus. If you read all my post, you will see many of my statements doubted on their solutions...none of their technical solutions last long. wish you all the best, i been thru the path and i am tired of it.

my connection has been down since afternoon till now. blinking red light. why everymonth must always makes me report to CFM one? don't you folks get fed up with my complaints...every month sure got problem one.

i already lodged a complaint at CFM. why ALMOST every month sure got problem occurs ????!!!!

my modem still blinking RED LIGHTS!! i have to spend another RM50.00 to top up my Digi Internet Prepaid to complaint and complaint. how are you folks gonna compensate my loses??? RM99 for your lousy service and extra RM50 for a backup internet!!!???

and if there are problem occur during weekend, we are totally on our own? cause i tried to call and realized P1 do not have a team to deal with problem during weekend??? look at credit card center, they have a response team! look at TNB, they have a response team! look at streamyx, they have a response team, and look at maxis or digi, they have!

Third day of shit from P1. LIKE SAID, their solution never last, shit will repeat again and again either in a gap of a month or 2.
i am gonna give YTL a try soon.

Kindly get your management to call me for cancellation of my subscription, and no i ain't paying a single cent for the penalty.
