i ain't gonna bother you much this round about download speed, upload speed or super high ping cause i know not much i can expect from you folks. Please help me on the following;

Khairul or Hairi or someone by this name called me and said please leave my modem on for 48 hours for your network team to monitor my modem. and i applied Work-From-Home from my office.

How i work from home? basically i VPN to our US HQ server so i can access my works. For every 30 minutes in 8 hours of my official working time, i got DC.

Khairul or Hairy called, and i explained this matter to him. Till now no reply of whatever findings from your network team.

1. Tell me for the 48 hours monitoring, what you folks had found wrong?

2. what is my status of this month usage waiver? please do not ask me to pay for something i cannot use properly since problem never solve from March onward.

3. ask Khairul to call me back for the findings or else my official 8 hours is wasted doing zero work.

Dear P1 Rep;

Before i left to SIngapore weeks ago, Khalid did call me back informing the net work team will look into my issue end of this month. Of course i don't buy whatever genius einstein plan your network team got. All this is due to my problem had been not been solve effectively since last year till now which is 1 year 6 bloody months.

for the past 6 month, i had been getting waive from you folks...and i am too tired of complaining already. Just to inform you, the connection is drop beyond shiat. maybe you might wanna get the whatever team to look into the base station before coming to fix my problem end of this month.


after i came back from singapore, the connection is below par to my great surprise. Tell Khalid, everymonth he can automatically do me a waive cause i don't see any miracles from you folks. just give me a waive every month and i will live with this kindda speed without complaint.

First of all; pardon me for being rude on the phone just now cause i was busy at that time and pretty annoyed by your questions which had been asked by many peoples from your site.

Second of all, it's a surprise your system do not have my latest address because i had update the address for you folks during the transition from my rental place to my actual home.

Third; again, let me share my experiences here and hope you will have the resposibility to note it down so that you can support me better.

Puchong; i was staying there and got my self a P1. It was great experiences, super fast, i can watch movie live, stream more than 3 - 4 videos without lag, i can vpn to US or Singapore for my work without fail or lag.

SS2; i moved to SS2 for job requirement. Line was horrible, frequent DC, frequent hang (meaning no signals transmission even modem showing green light), inconsistant speed (sometime fast sometime slow and sometime just DC), no upload speed and so on. i was told i live in borderline. Yes, borderline my a$$.

Selayang; i moved back here when i was told by your stupid technician there are full signal in my hometown here. Man he is convincing. Without thinking much and lack of time due to work pressure and tight schedule, i terminated my rental contract and move back home, spend nearly 15k renovate the house 1 week before moving in. When move in, i plug the modem and turn it on, NO FOOKING SIGNAL!!! Till Ari came for visit, he was surprise too. Ari had paid me visits twice! After 1 month moving in, stuck with no internet connection, stuck with longer journey to drive to work, stuck in jam, stuck with tolls, and i cannot apply to work from home due to your technician false claim!!!!

All this happend in 1 year 6 bloody months.

Do me a favour instead of coming out with lies like, "sorry sir, you live in borderline" or "sorry sir, the station is congested" or "sorry sir, we have maintenance work going on" or "sorry sir, we have no ideas, and we will pass your case to network team" or "sorry sir, we will investigate and call you back". Sounds familiar to you?

enuff is enuff, all nothing but false hope and lies, just put me on auto waive list and i will live with it till contract end or you fookers pay me back all the fooking money i had paid to your lousy company + third world services. If thailand and spore broadband can do better, i suggest you folks go sell nasi lemak or chicken rice than doing IT works.

lodge a report with CFM, and CFM peoples will complaint on behalf of you, if they cannot solve your problem within CFM's allow time frame, then waive is a must since you will get support from CFM.

dun bother with solution, i had been waiting for a solution for a long delay problem back in 2009. Even if they did solve your problem, it will only be TEMPORARY. i dun even bother to call them anymore, cause i know what they will say. Talking to em on phone is like talking to a pre-program machine. Samething apply here...see what P1 Rep do best here? she repeat the same old thing over and over again with same client over and over again till her pay day.

my VPN connection issue still the same, my signall problem still the same, my upload speed problem still the same, my DC problem still the same, my modem hang problem still the same...aiiiii...you will get use to it.

By the way, you got better speed than mine. if you look at my today speedtest.....ping is close to 800, less than 36k download and less than 5k upload.

i wanna share something about one of the problem been bugging me since a year ago.

it happend everytime i need to VPN to US or SG. just happend this morning till now...i got DC every 30 minutes when i am doing my work.

When i got DC, my VPN will disconnect suddent without properly log out, this will cause me logging out leaving the databases open without someone monitoring it, any hoo and haa can use my open database session to alter data especially production business data involving international organizations!!

The DB admin on site will fook me for sure this coming monday for multiple session i had leave the DB open cause i got fooking DC!!!!

chow chi bai!! why must i got DC very systematically every 30 minutes? why not randomly 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour?? why mujst sharp sharp 30 minutes!!??? nia mar chow hai!

DO you fookers at P1 think all your end user are some ah beng ah kaw using your services for bit torrent, p0rno video and gaming??!!! you have clients using it for serious shiat!!!!

for those involving in ONSHORE and OFFSHORE work, stay away from P1. chow chi bai i gotta connect my cisco again and again!!!

This is for your reference...put me on the waive list cause this kind of speed started since the day i move to PJ, SS2, and now in Selayang, 1 year 6 month. Tell Khalid about this, he know what to do.

i was staying in your area for a year with p1, believe it or not, the connection was like crap! you should read my post and all my complaint, most of my complaints are when i was staying in chow yang, near kayu site.

they will lie to you saying you live at border line. their most popular line.

1. congested.
2. upgrading.

i got waive nearly half year lor...my case a bit severe and tulan la...

1. complaint to CFM, please google CFM
2. CFM will forward ur case to P1 and get their attention of your case
3. CFM will set a timeline for P1 to solve your case
4. if your case still cannot be solve, get chairul to request for a waive.

what you need to get waive
1. Evidence, Evidence, Evidence
2. speedtest result, video result, please use only speedtest, P1 speedtest very fake and bias. Video, go download a desktop recorder software. basically what it does is record your desktop activity. what you can do is record your P1 connection via youtube, webpage loading.

3. Use the evidence to againts them incase they send you a lawyer letter, or request for waiver.

Last test on singapore server, not good, still worst like last time. Please bear in mind, occasionally i need to VPN to my Singapore Office and US office. Such connection will still fail on VPN.

1. Ping - still high! basically i still face suffocation in surfing or streaming or VPN.
2. Speed - base on the speedtest result, it is good like old days when i first subscribe your service. But how long will it last? that is a big question mark because last time when i was staying in PJ, such restore only last a day or 2.

Tell Chairul to fix on my high ping and let me evaluate it at least 2 week before i close my case in CFM and restore my payment for the service i use.

i agreed, initially they are good till they get new subscribers to overload their own base station...greedy....later for sometimes..you will be cruising on the same boat like us. i used to highly speak on them but now not anymore...

Chairud or Chairul asked me to send him an email with my issues so that he can divert it to network dept.

1. if only i can send an email with all the attachment, that mean my connection has no problem.

2. i am tired to lodge another complaint after so so so many of complaints. what makes the email i might send different from my other plentyful of complaints i make here and at CFM?

3. Look at below speedtest result, it is still the same as previous test back in 1 year ++ ago.

4. My problem is simple and not complicated at all which do not need another email from me.
4.1 - low download speed
4.2 - low upload speed
4.3 - high latency

5. Please cut and paste this post to Chairul and ask him to use this post to divert to network dept.

if network dept cannot read the speedtest result and do not know what and how to do about it...then forget it...waive my monthly fee till end of contract so that i can bring the modem to my kajang shooting range and blow it off with a 12 gauge shotgun and so that i can post it on youtube how fail you folks are that had reached above my insanity level since 3 months after subscribing your service. i can't wait to make this video.

SOLVE IT OR WAIVE!

Thanks for the help, this problem has been delay for a year more but however tonight i had check my speed on speedtest after getting your call in the noon, i finally got 1.2mbps (download), 0.20mbps (upload) with ping around 199 - 200 ++. I consider this as decently good, better than before and great job!

1. VPN to my office in US and Singapore is steady, no DC.
2. Streaming movie on megavideo is good, smooth, a little lag less than 2 seconds for every 5 minutes...but good enough.
3. FTP files upload...decent but good enough i can get my job done compare to last time - none!

Great Job Chairul! i will keep on monitor the speed for 2 week, if performance is consistant, i will pay for the next cycle bill and thanks for pulling me out from the suspension list with your WAIVE. Thank you again!

FYI: My Digi Internet speed 384kbps ++ is still faster in term of many ways compare to my P1 1.2mbps connection....you folks gotta buck up a little. :-)

Anyway thanks a lot Chairul! You the Men!

I have my experience with P1, real bad.

The story is like this..
My modem can't get online, it shows RED light and I called P1.
P1 told me to reset and after reset it, it's still Red for like one week but my area usually all places is in GREEN light.
Then I complaint to P1 customer service, called the 5th time then they REALLY key in my problem in their report and finally gave me a case number.
The others previously promised me will give me the case number but they didnt.
The WORST part is that when I complaining halfway with the customer service, they actually CUT OFF my line.
If the customer service people are so unwilling to help, why create such department, just close it!!
Then, when I ask again when my problem gonna be solved, they will say have to wait for LEVEL 2 people to resolve my problem and they can't do anything. So meaning that I call also for nothing ?
However the LEVEL 2 people is so nice and came the next day after the lvl 2 ppl called but I waited the customer service ppl to inform them around 2 weeks.
Then they checked and said my modem is faulty. My modem is DUST FREE, SCRATCH FREE, didnt drop before, the sticker everything still on and tell me the modem spoilt.
And I requested them to send over a modem for one week then they just willingly to send over.
When  I Complain to the customer service why never send a modem to me, they replied that p1 NEVER send out modem and the report they keyed in for me to request them to send a modem over is just for the sake of keying in my complaint and it will never be resolved because it is IMPOSSIBLE.

Then the level 2 people told me to request for a rebate because I can't get online for 3 WEEKS. So I called 9 times (1 month) and FINALLY they gave me a case number. But I still have to wait for their approval. When I called them, they will just say they didnt know anything, they cannot view the superior message in the system and I will just have to WAIT.

And do you all know that we just need to pay RM 299 to terminate our contract of 2 years with P1 ?

I am so willing to pay the amount of money to terminate P1. Even if it's RM 2999, I AM SO WILLING TO CUT OFF P1, LIKE NOW.


P1 admin just could not delete or ignore our comments here, if not they will be like the customer service call centre, cut off people's line.

All they know is that just simply saying "Ok, we will attend, we're so sorry to cause any inconvenience."
But what we wanted is the action, not words, but its not like P1 know how to handle the words part.

welcome into my world of frustration. what you can do best?

1. do not terminate and pay them, you lose!
2. keep the contract going. bug them day and night till problem solve.
3. ask for waive, if not complaint to CFM.
4. 2 years contract + 2 years of monthly commitment of rm99 is to pay for their service and modem price. if you quit now, you lose money, keep the contract going till expired with waive every month, you win, cause you get the modem for free.

again like i said, your connection is not consistant, fixed today enjoy a while and then the cycle begin.

DO SOMETHING FAST BEFORE I START SCREAMING AGAIN. AND BEFORE I MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAIN AT CFM!! SOLUTION KORANG CONSISTANT A BIT LA...BANGAN BETUI.

7 days i stuck with this sort of speed. Another 7 days, get me a waive as usual.

Let me share with you how WE SHOULD deal with them like how i dealt with em' before.

lodge a report here in lowyat.net. then lodge a report with CFM. CFM will chase the case for you. if your connection affected for 7 days or 14 days or half a month before you next billing coming, request for a month waive. conclusion is, if this month no good, no payment. end of story. if they send me a lawyer letter, i got my long history of reports at CFM and speedtest screen shots attached here in this thread.

either they fix my line with fees waive or cancel my account without panelty.

do your self a favour, go and register your self an account at www.cfm.org.my, let the peoples at cfm do it for you. then start collecting speedtest results in case you got ya self a court case for defaulting payment or whatever.

Don't worry, CFM folks are really good. If they have control over PDRM, we would have a very peaceful country.

P1 personnel just called me up today...

dumped all my complaints there previously, including my replies here in lowyat

she say will send a technician over here somewhere next week, and gave me a P1 case number to refer to as well.

What happens is when u dump a case at the above government site, it will route to that telco/broadband provider and a case will be created with them. I guess it's monitored by the government that's why so fast response.

Hope can settle, else she say can waive without penalty (after try all the methods to solve). Hooray.

i had been using them since last year after i gave up on P1. CFM is semi government setup to monitor broadband services..whoever get the most ticket will have to pay heavy penalty or sort.

as long ur connection is bad for 10 days or more...you can request that month fee waive. i had been getting waive i don't know how many months already.

Tonight, i cannot watch and stream movies...damm it connection too slow!! i purposely come home on friday night just to catch a movie online and damm it!!!
