I heard that you actually can terminate it for free provided you provide some proof of relocation and the area you have relocated do not have Wimax coverage. smile.gif

Nothing beats wired connection smile.gif

To P1: I need a detailed explanation from your team on why my 20GB bandwidth is gone within 5 days only! This is totally unacceptable. I will not pay my bill unless this matter has been rectified and cleared. My account number is 101703502. The same goes to my friend's 102102845 too. sad.gif

I'm using a wiggy for mobile usage and getting a signal in certain areas is really bad.  Especially when you are indoors. And when you complaint, they will said, U should move to outside or near a window. What the ? I might as well get me a mobile chair, table and a P1 umbrella and sit under the sun.

BUT when its good, I can get 5-6mbit download easily, last for an hour or so before it drops to 100K.

Now my other issue is that I subscribed for the 20GB traffic which I seldom use the last few months. Can this be accumulated? P1 should accumulate and bring forward the balance for at least 3 months.

I normally use Wiggy to watch hulu, veoh and other lives USA streaming so the bandwidth usage is not that high compared to normal download.
*
Last time I use Wiggy and the connection is pretty unstable, unless you're out on an open area. If you're planning to use for indoor, it is better to subscribe the p1 desktop package, cheaper and more stable. smile.gif

And how can I reduce TX power to below 10?
*
The only way is to repositioned your modem to a better place. smile.gif
It is recommended to have a negative amount for Tx Power to enjoy lagless connection laugh.gif

RSSI: -53.27dBm
CINR: 42.06/37.20(R3/R1)dB
TX power: -14dBm

yes ice hart is low lagness, like im before
now even low ppl using time

RSSI: -62.89 dBm CINR: 28.08 dB
CINR reuse1: 25.63 dB CINR reuse3: 27.58 dB
Zone CINR channel 0: N/A dB
TX power: 0.48 dBm (Max. 27.50 dBm)

Your connection got a bit lag based on your reading.
Maybe you can try shifting few centimeters or put some newspaper to increase the height of the modem?

I noticed that P1 is really weird, last time I used to get -3 for Tx Power reading but after increasing the height and shifting few centimeters from the origin place, my TX Power reduce drastically and become extremely well and fast. smile.gif

P1, can I know why surfing and downloads at night slows down? Despite putting the modem at the same position, TX Power and RSSI increases by heaps and bounds at night.
