some pics of what the xai lcd can do, all without drivers. can choose what profile u want to use. 
then within that profile, can adjust any of the settings - exactsense, exactrate, exactaim, freemove, exactaccel.

imo getting the tactx / 5hv2 is kinda pointless if u dont get the usb version.
afterall, ppl buy 5hv2 more for its directional sound with usb card rather than actual sound quality for music etc.

plus the 5hv2 doesnt come with front/rear/etc jacks, just stereo and mic jacks as its essentially a stereo headset...so how u gonna get surround sound from a pci card?
unless ur pci card outputs everything into one single 3.5mm slot.
