well if wanna go technical, these are the weights of mouses that ppl have measured WITHOUT the cable.
i would guess they're somewhat accurate. Kinzu - 70 grams Krait - 80 grams Xai - 94 grams Copperhead - 97 grams DeathAdder - 107 grams |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Nov 29 2009, 03:06 PM) you compare mamba and ikari ikari should weigh just slightly more than copperhead / xai...but not by much.for me ikari is just like holding a pencil for me mamba's fault lor xD hahaha and technically mamba and deathadder should weigh almost the same. u want heavy? come try my boomslang CE QUOTE(selferino @ Nov 29 2009, 03:07 PM) Add another one, 400g is not the weight of the mouse, some common sense pls?Ikari laser = 400 g Added on November 29, 2009, 3:09 pm wow, how heavy is ur mamba, if ikari is like PENCIL 2 u that one should be total packaging weight. Added on November 29, 2009, 3:16 pm QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Nov 29 2009, 03:12 PM) mamba say 129g is realy not true cuz it is heavier than DA yea something like that if heavier than DA then mamba>DAv2>DAv1>ikari>kinzu,krait This post has been edited by Everdying: Nov 29 2009, 03:16 PM |

QUOTE(selferino @ Nov 29 2009, 04:12 PM) u mean 5H usb? coz im not into vitual 7.1 kindda thing, stereo is gud enuf, so without the usb soundcard to compare, 4h vs 5hv2, sound quality difference? im kindda guessing their using the same drivers in it, but not sure, juz a wild guess... if u prefer sound, just stick with the siberia.Added on November 29, 2009, 4:13 pm how come boonslang wire so heavy, braided? and boomslang is heavy cos the mouse is heavy? wire is not braided. ikari to me is definitely not heavy. |

I had no prob adapting to the ikari shape after getting so used to the boomslang as hand positioning is about the same...cept of cos with the obvious ring finger rest its more comfortable...
i put a grip on the right of my boomslang tho so my ring doesnt slip |

QUOTE(grifterfmj @ Dec 1 2009, 04:34 PM) I would recommend it couple together with a cloth pad (QcK or whatever suites your fancy) because the 9HD that it was supposedly made for didn't really feel quite right for me. i second that, using xai on my razer goliathus |

QUOTE(mois @ Dec 1 2009, 07:17 PM) still a lot prefer ime3.0 though. xai la...no kai here Anyways, kai on qck heavy isnt that smooth compare to ime3.0. it feels slighty hard to move them around. I still cant get used to the mouse imo, the lack of smoothness is due to the mousefeet...just doesnt glide as smooth as my boomslang or DA. tho when gaming it doesnt really affect much. |

QUOTE(n1troN` @ Dec 2 2009, 04:41 AM) hey guys, i recently just got hold on a SteelSeries XAI. The XAI is almost driverless, u can change any settings on the mouse using the lcd screen on the mouse itself. mind explaining how that is done? cos i for sure cant figure that part out. |

QUOTE(noobie1 @ Dec 2 2009, 11:53 PM) swt...last time i dunno see from whos review...he also mention that most of the setting can be change through the lcd screen...i am looking forward to see how too.. ok, figured it out.i dont see any documentation for it again, but you have to press the dpi button for at least 2 secs. then u can scroll thru and choose any of the 5 diff profiles, as well as load defaults, as shown on the lcd. QUOTE(mois @ Dec 3 2009, 09:36 PM) after playing with kai for a week, it feels good. Easy to lift and move around. But its not that comfortable as ikari or others. Good mouse indeed ( gotta sacrifice comfortableness) Aiyoh...xai la not kai but yea...i also sacrifice comfort for slightly better personal performance by using ambidextrous mouses. |
