my advice, try to look up for more than 2 internet reviews and compare them with reviews of other headset.
oh yeah, do state your purpose for the headphone. is it solely for gaming or all-rounder. smile.gif

i really want a good all-rounde headsetr, not limited to gaming spec only. I've read Roccat Kave, Razer Carcharias reviews, which some from LYN members but seems when compared to Steelseries by looks, i still like the Steelseries because of its exceptional build, pleasing for the eyes, and what's more important that i don't like too many wires to get connected, but soundwise (comparable) to Steelseries some said that it really have a weak bass, poor clarity, but heck i didn't hear it for myself, so i need help from you guys to identify because i'm confused either the steelseries on comparable was an old unit or V2 already. rclxub.gif

the bass isnt over-whelming fengtau style, but it provides more than enough for my rock / metal stuff.
those who usually say weak bass etc havent setup their system properly.

sorry.  i think the H series does not offer any good bass.
H series incudes 3h 4h and 5h.
this is according to modernopc's boss. he said for customers who wanna purchase H series, he will have to explain to them that these headphones does not offer good bass and its only for gaming, not for other purposes.

for other purposes, go for siberia or audio technica
*

hmm.. The bass sounds pretty solid to me. Like I said, not for audiophiles. But for regular user (mp3s and games), the bass is very satisfying.
All my songs sound great to me, the average user. (:

Well, this is why it is very important to test the headphones by yourself. Sound quality is a very subjective matter, it still comes down to personal preference on which sound signature he/she wants.
Since there's many positive review on siberia v2 out there, why dont you have a try? smile.gif
p/s: i dont own any of them, so, it is better for you to test them your own. smile.gif
