if i want to upgrade from 1Mb to 2Mb line, what document i need to provide to them? do i need to bring the owner of the line along?

Conclusion of this upgrade deal is if u not ugrade it u will be like a fool since ppl paying less get the same speed as u.
exp: 512 combo user can get 1M with RM95 while existing 1M user have to pay RM110 with the same speed in the following month. |

worth upgrade? coz i scare the 24 month bond..... later see more nicer deal, u cant change

hey guys, now i am using 1MB with my home phone line which cost me RM 112 something. i think they have one deal promotion now that include free wifi modem and dect phone something like that right?
i plan to choose back the 512MB. 512MB now speed as fast as 1MB right? how much is that package already? around RM 95 right if not wrong? |

don't even upgrade, i can confirm you regret!
mine from 1mbps to 2mbps and now i getting 100kbps 3 months, they can't solve! all upgrade package will transfer you to lauzy exchange server. DON'T GO FOR UPGRADE |

I upgrade from 512kbps to 1mbps.
Can say as sufficient because it's from 485kbps to 880kbps DL. Then after some problems with DC's I complain, they capped the port at 2mb speed, Now for RM71 1Mbps, I get 1600kbps DL. |

Govt wanna target 50% of houses to have broadband by end of this year... what a joke!!! TM cant even upgrade the speed from 512k to 1M
