anyway, most later phases in DA are designed with single entry/exit point in mind.. much easier to implement security measures.

HTC runs along the vacant land besides Lavender..so it cud be close to Ficus too (along the main road leading into bkt subang).

Fern - SPA Drawing Revision

just got a notice today , they are revising the architect drawing to ''enhance certain design of the unti"... I haven't got the time to compare the drawings against the originals... if anyone has a clue pls share here..

here we are again, the ever famous 'Denai balloting'.... There is nothing to be ballotted actually, all units must have been sold by now at this hours...on 9th-10th, those on ballot are 'limited odd lots'' lol

corners and endlots demand higher premium, I usually get to know from SAs these are the units left...
