3 storey is a let down for me for own stay.

i found that members like to sing the old song again and again (ie. not GnG, malay % allocation, no shops, etc.) .. all these are known fact but I would give DA another 5 years to see its worth. Wonder if anyone here is as old as me, seeing how old areas (eg. Subang, Puchong, BU) grows 20 yrs back.

It has been indicated by a buyer here earlier on that there are 2nd-dary market, other races are getting the units from bumi owners here.. Bumi or not, does it matter? All i want is a quality neigbourhood in a quiet santuary...

this DASH has been my hope since 2 yrs back..the shorter distance to KD, the more value ppl see in DA. Anyway, distance to KD is already within acceptable timeframe right now..

any idea where Serrissa will be in DA's huge plot of land ?

the site that the news released is referring to a piece of land next to DA , not in Subang so it is not elmina i believe.

well the point taken from that news release for me is that DA is not the last piece of land in that Guthrie corridor under the same developer..

No Yoki, it is along the Guthrie express way..

I tot the gallery in Ara Damansara is where SD Property base station nowadays..They used to be in Subang.

Glad to see more active and positive discussions now in LYN abt DA bravo guys! Maybe Feezar should inform the 'top gun' about our existense here in LYN...afterall, he should take care of all wellfares of DA buyers..

Sorry but can we consider the land value too? My piece of land in Semenyih only cost RM20psf 10 years back....so selling a house now over there for 250K will deem "reasonable deal" now.. How much is a piece of land now in say KM, DA, KD ? We just cannot compare unless both the lands and its locality possess similar "personalities".

Does KD has anymore future landed properties launches? I doubt.. So for new landed houses DA is surely the choice for me without much questions. Not to mention a leasehold vs freehold thingy which ppl used to compare.

I do not think there is ever a price drop in DA, it is more like rfm decided to take a plunge , is like 'now or never'...
