Ask Hairulez, he uses a 26" LG before switching to 26" Bravia which did the same thing. HDTV FAQ, For all Console users

Weird, i saw the Samsung A53M 32" at Best Denki Midvalley yesterday selling for RM3.8k. While the 46" A83M is around RM15,888 at Harvey Norman if i'm not mistaken. A friend of mine is getting the 46" A83M soon.

QUOTE(CerebralRogue @ Sep 13 2007, 04:43 PM) Ah I see, this one is a bit suspect, if you look at the computer resolution it doesn't have 1920x1080. So kinda wondering why but the video resolution does show 1080p. Strange but good price if based on the Jusco price Most of the philips line of lcdtv only supports 4:3 ratio pc resolution which is abit weird. |

QUOTE(HeavenNirvana @ Sep 23 2007, 01:27 PM) I saw Sony W series yesterday in lowyat.... After reading your comment, i went n check our Sonystyle website n true enough it's already available. Prices are not bad for the 1080p range. It stated full HD. The price for 40 inch was rm9,999.00 almost half of the price for X series.... But I dont know about the picture quality yet as they just put on the machine but havent put any video to play on it yet. And also the panasonic TX-37LZ75(japan model) supports Full HD. I wonder if TX-37LX75 supports Full HD or not. 40" KLV-40W300A - RM9,999 46" KLV-46W300A - RM13,999 52" KLV-52W300A - RM21,999 @htkaki : The Xbox360 can output 1080p and a few games supports native 1080p such as Virtua Tennis 3 and NBA Street Homecourt. QUOTE(Taman Linkin @ Sep 25 2007, 09:27 AM) Why the PC reso all 4:3? Before clicking this link I like "time to sell sammy value and get philips instead", but after seeing the reso I like "WTF man, thats sux". Damn I really want it if the PC reso support 1080P. Aiii. There's a workaround for that.... use a DVI to HDMI cable instead of VGA. |

QUOTE(stevechan360 @ Oct 9 2007, 05:29 PM) Really?Thx buddy,i'll go and have a look later. You're right, it's not in the website but i do saw the unit available at Sonystyle store though. Most probably i can't find it in any Sony Centre is it? Coz i went to browse for it in sony.com.my, but there arent any related results for S310. |

The 42" is quite big for a small living room. And yeah, the panny can accept 1080p input but the panel is not native 1080p, it just rescales the input to the panel res.
