i just sign up for rm68 digi bb package on 15/5/2010. the digi sales person require me to register 1 digi line 1st, so i pay up rm68+500 for 2 years contract. they say my bold9700 will arrive on 19 or 20/5/2010. so i feel it is ok for just wait for few days.

during 20/5/2010 when i want to collect my bold 9700, they say no stock and want me to wait one more week.

i would like to ask ur guy who is purchasing digi bb package, how long have you guy need to wait to get your bb? i already wait 2 weeks for no bb to use, can i get any refund from them? coz i need to pay rm68 for the data plan each month.

Hello. Would like to ask regarding DG Smart Plan. The speed of the plan is according to the blackberry phone right? Blackberry Bold 9700(3G) and 8250(EDGE). But what's the exact speed actually? Thanks.

Try to addon for unlimited BIS RM68 from DIGI on sunday. but when i call again they said they actually register for smartphone plan... then need another 24hour again.. wtf... pekak badak sumbu punya DIGI customer service...

I got a 9700 Bold (T-Mobile) as a gift. Changed from Digi Prepaid to Digi Smartplan RM68 on 14.04.2010 at Berjaya Time Square. It only took less than 2 hours for the whole migration from prepaid to postpaid smartplan.

All my prepaid credit was transferred into the smartplan bill. So far, no complaints whatsoever with the service.

Tethering for surfing on my notebook shows a visibly faster performance compared to streamyx basic package.

I have a very bad experience in Sunway Pyramid DiGi Specialist Store.

On last Saturday night, I went there to MNP my Maxis line to DiGi & want to sign up BIS for my BB Bold 9700.

1st: I told them I want Smart Plan for my black berry (BIS), and they just fill in the normal Smart Plan for me. Still want to told me there is no different, normal Smart plan also can use on black berry....

2nd: I told them I want add on a D50 plan on my Smart plan, the PROFESSIONAL STAFF told me :" Cannot. You cannot add any plan on it. Smart plan is smart plan..." (I already confirm with DIGI CS, it can be done)

3rd: Until today, my line still not activate is bcoz of them, key in wrong information into DiGi system

Just bought a Bold 9700 with a year contact in KLCC. loves the phone.

Guess what, I just MNP to Digi Smart Plan and my BIS is not working.

Called the CS and they asked me to use this APN: blackberry.net, when I say forum all say use diginet all the way, he mentioned that if you use diginet, then you will be hit with PAYU charges. So need to put apn as blackberry.net.

Also, because of this plan (can be used for non-bb phones), CS mentioned also need to put blackberry.net apn for other smartphones as well.

So weird...anybody heard of this thing?

Just? May we know how long was it since u've MNP? It took me 48hours to get the BIS to work.

Do we only pay 68 per month with digi bis? no extra charges if we didnt call using digi line aite? bcs its PAYU?

I MNP to digi smartplan on Friday afternoon, digi sent me message on sat evening asking me to chance once my current line is barred. Sunday afternoon, I changed to digi after my line is barred. Realise BIS not working, gave CS a call, they informed me to use blackberry.com apn and it worked after i battery pulled my BB.
