just call digi hotlinem menu 4 > others if im not mistaken. i just did with mine yesterday, they say take 24 hours but took me around 6 hours to get the notification and activation. (i did smart plan + bis) combo, was using normal postpaid rm50 plan before.

hey guys...just want to ask... previously i purchase digi smart plan with blackberry package...but now i am no longer using blackberry anymore..and was wondering if i cancel the BIS fee RM10 per month, would i be charge for penalty? but i still continue with the smartplan package which is 68 per month..la..

If I am not mistaken, the RM10 for BIS is not part of contract. So you can terminate the BIS service.

Hi I have a question.

Yesterday I swapped my blackberry with my gf's iPhone.

So theoretically, my simcard is on active BIS, so when I put on my sim card into iPhone, I can go online with it, even can get 3G connectivity.

Tried using MSN as well. It worked. Just that I don't know if I'm on BB plan connection OR ..they charge me funny stuffs.

But what I am mind boggled about is that I can't connect to Whatsapp with it. Just need some clarifications on this so I can be certain. Else, I'll go DiGi center later during lunch.

Got a new Blackberry Torch 9810 today with Digi smart plan 68. I specifically requested for BIS 2-3 times to the dude doing the connection stuff for me and he told me that I can start browsing at 12AM.

12AM, I could finally use twitter and browse. But all of a sudden it won't connect to anything else anymore. Twitter will stop working and I won't have BIS on! I can only browse now.

What to do?

the new bb curve with DG Smart Plan is good deal. i'm thinking to MNP to Digi from Celcom. How is DG coverage and BIS? My observation through this thread, a lot ot negative feedback.

Agree on the negative feedback. Especially on and off BIS service.
That's why until now still stick with Maxis, BIS stable for me.

For everyone that use DIGI (especially the one that have problem with BIS connection intermittently), please let us know your location. At least we know which area is a problematic area for DIGI BIS.

Use the D'Chat on Digi OCS.. chatted with the CS, requested them to activate my BIS, told me it will be done within 24 hours and I was using my 9780 with BIS within 10 minutes...

using digi in kuala pilah negeri sembilan...only get edge connectionn but never get on n off BIS....
