hi guys...i would like to ask... is the BIS service activated by default when i sign up the plan?.... because i bought a 9780 with a year contract from digi 1week ago...but just now, i try to play with the email setup....end up i got a notification from digi saying that my "BIS" is now activated.....but before this i can bbm,facebook, twitter, surf online...hmmm..but the blackberry logo beside the signal bar do show up....hmmmm.....if cancel BIS means cannot facebook and twitter/bbm right??

hey guys...just want to ask... previously i purchase digi smart plan with blackberry package...but now i am no longer using blackberry anymore..and was wondering if i cancel the BIS fee RM10 per month, would i be charge for penalty? but i still continue with the smartplan package which is 68 per month..la..
