i think most probably i will chg and use component as some feedback saying in other forums that no issue there and it can go to 1080p as well...

Guys,i just receive a call from Sony Center regarding my ps3..All that i can say right now is that im PISSED!

The guy who spoke on the phone told me that he has been testing my ps3 for the past 3 days BUT everything is working fine.Like wth la!..U know what the guy told me,he said that my ps3 hangs is because 'HE THINKS' my controller is not fully-charge!!!!(which i farkin disagree 1000000000%)!!What kind of stupid excuse is that!The way he was talking also like a real sloppy worker..

And he keeps on saying that 'your ps3 is new with 1 year warranty mah,anything u can bring back in future,nothing wrong with ure ps3'..

He doesnt know that i dont want to go all the way to Mid Valley to give my ps3 for sevrvice every month!I just want the damn problem to be resolved!

So guys,he ask me to collect it in KLCC this monday!If the damn problem is still there,im really gona fark up sony + that guy!

Maybe ur hdd got problem? Maybe try take it out then reformat it.

i already ask told that guy it mayb a HDD failure,but he said no la cannot be bla bla bla..That A$$hole refused to check the HDD la..WTF service is this??

nope..It all started about last week only.. rclxub.gif

All i can say is,this is bull$h!t..After 2 weeks of purchase problems are coming out..I rarely play my ps3 more than 3 hours per day...

Maybe u can try to remove your hdd then reformat it. Then reinstall to the latest firmware 3.10.

^ Yea, since that Sony guy doesn't know what's he's doing anyway.

It's somewhat a relative risk though, to buy the first line of products that come out into the market.

Hopefully you'll be able to get your matter solved.

anyway.. just try the console when u pick up from klcc.. if problem still arise straight away marah them all.. doing lousy job and waste your time summore..
