Actually not to worry much. If wanna find out, then check with PDT. It more accurate for proton. Some diagnosis tool detect some fault but when using pdt, there no fault code..

Wont be the fuel system. Have you realize it have LR on the front fault code? It mean left and right. If you sent to SC, they will charge you pdt check. For safety, sent to check. =)

the power window problem, it drop because of the windows came out from the bracket. So usually what I did is put the window back into the bracket, and then apply silicone glue. confirm wont drop anymore.

Hey.. I check it for you already. This fault code after you remove it then it had no harm. Although no remove, also no harm.

This fault code is normal for drive by wire vehicle in problem especially manual transmission. It mean the pedal something like can't communicate with the tps for a moment. This happen when you step the acceleration pedal full throttle or too much when normal driving condition. It also have the fault code 'too low' when you keep accelerate then let go.

For cps engine, it have a feature which is very good (for save fuel purpose. the ecu will calculate our driving condition and control injector to shot amount of fuel which enough for the confition.). During normal driving condition, you just need to step the acceleration a bit. if we step too much during normal driving, that fault code might come out. If wanna overtake or pick up, you sudden accelerate then the power will come. I wonder how many manual tranny cps owner here realize during we wanna overtake or sudden accelerate, our car jerk (like dropping gear in auto car) then the power come very fast? That time only the ecu sent signal to the injector to spray more fuel. During that time injector spray more fuel + cps work + short VIM activated then it gave more power.

hopefully you guy know what i mean. forgive me if my English explanation is so bad.

Map signal is high maybe your map sensor is dirty. Another reason it, it might too lean in your engine. Air more than the fuel. Map sensor is to know how many pressure in the intake manifold.

maybe.. i don't dare to said 100% yes. maybe you need re-setting it back.

For manual, it don't have such thing in proton. For auto, it only have in old saga/wira. For campro, all is using enhanced auto gearbox which don't have filter.

It need to change it. It COMPULSORY after change 2 times of auto oil.. It also used to filter the auto oil. It more important if compare with engine oil filter. Mostly people don't take it serious and most of them having problem with the gearbox.

when cps is not ok, check light will turn on.

don't get cheat by 5 year warranty. Read the term and condition..

Waja cps don't have medium line or hline already.. Only got full spec.. Since when proton make back got mline for waja?

about grounding, what I can said is for campro and cps engine, you only need to grounding point. One to air cond compressor, and another to alternator(this two points direct to battery negative). It more than enough.

Is normal for campro engine. it only happen when rev too high or use for a long distance. The engine too hot and the fan still moving when engine turn off.

What i know it because of the hose to the fuel tank. Some of my customer gen2 and persona I bend the hose abit and it help. But some it not help. I still finding the answer for this problem.

For our car, it not good to let our fuel tank empty or having less fuel (half car left). It will harm our fuel pump. As the petrol need to cover the fuel pump so that the fuel pump wont get hot. Another reason is the pump won't work so hard to suck the petrol and this will make the pump life span longer.

for cps engine, it hardly can get pembakaran tak lengkap. Most cps engine combustion is at 96-98%. That why you can see cps used spark plug is gold in colour.

How many member here using iridium plug for cps? Can give me know the brand and model (IK20 or etc.)

I will get both. the adjustable fuel pressure is good for cps. Will fix the jerking matter.

FPR won't give much improvement in performance. It only help giving you better and smoother acceleration. Hehe...

yeah.. haha.. i going to install that too.. Waiting for cny bonus only can do.

don't suka suka tap wire into fuse box especially in a ABS car o. Cause it big chance make your airbag burst o.

actually there already have a device for using buttons steering wheel although we change the HU. If want easier, just buy eclipse HU which already can support the steering wheel button.
