Usually front calliper is bigger because most of the braking are done by the front brake. Usually bigger rear calliper are used in big vehicles such as SUV/4WD like CRV (bigger calliper and disc for the rear).
actually right, bigger SUV also front must always be bigger then rear, because even if u are RWD or 4WD also, your front require more braking power then rear unless u are driving reverse all the time la... lolcase in point, GTR front 6 piston caliper, rear 4 piston caliper...
