there not much comfuse about the diffrence between US, Oceanic and Latin America,

US simply mean its the group of server meant for US region, i think the US slipt to 4 or 5 categories: something like East coast(NY, NJ), central American, West Coast(LA, CA)

Oceanic are for time zone like for Aus, New Zeland, Hawaii, and asian

and Latin might be for the south american, for people chat none english, spanish or portogis

main diffrence is for the time zone we play and the distance from the server.

most asian and Aus play in oceanic server. simple everybody said and think that its suitable for our timezone.
U don't want to play in a US NewYork time zone where everybody asleep, and you just started login, do you?

you want in pvp or pve server? that important too,
there are some player will gank and camp you all day,
simply because of pass trama he/she suffer or because he is level 85 and lost his raid spot, take out the anger on you.

oh i see!! so usually the asian region like singapore or malaysia played on the oceanic!?!? lolzzz damn... didnt know that is it possible to transfer character to different region?? or do i have to start new one ??

yes, you can. I just xfer from Thaurissan to BR. Hope to join a MY/SG guild

Did something happen to our connection to US servers last night?
I was in a raid then all our Unifi users got DCED and could not recon. Even I on streamyx am having very high world ping.

I'm streamyx user. I played from 11pm - 1am, in 2 za/zg, no issue.

today all latency to US is high, maybe sometihng wrong with the international link.

not true, i prefer playing with a mixed crowd that just ,my/sg ppl. It is afterall an international game.

We run a solid 25m guild over at ner'zhul, fully managed by malaysians but with a good mix of international players

level 81+ help level 80 in culling still can get bronze drake(if under 25 min)?

Can.. level 85 also can do it. even easier.

anyone been noticing lag to the US servers recently? seems like another undersea cable case..

guys i got a question to ask, if i create starter account ...it doesnt include cata am i right? cause i cant make worgen /goblin toon

If you buy a starter pack, it will only include vanilla & BC, you will need WOTLK (to advance past level 70) and Cataclysm (to advance past level 80).

And yes you can only create goblin/worgen characters only if you have Cataclysm
