heya, new to the WoW universe.. i just recently got a good notebook to play it so i thought i would give it a try

im confuse on choosing the location region, they only stated US, Oceanic and Latin America... which one should i choose?? currently im choosing US... sorry to trouble you guys with my question and any info would be much appreciated

oh i see!! so usually the asian region like singapore or malaysia played on the oceanic!?!? lolzzz damn... didnt know that is it possible to transfer character to different region?? or do i have to start new one ??
