I was not selected ,,what about you did you go for the final interview..how many final interviews are ther anyway?Any idea how many ppl they are looking for?

I am not in the final list as well. Was wondering if u are selected for the final interview? I heard is interview with all the GM.

Nah..was not selected at all ...so know anyone who went for the interview with the GM? When was it held?

Yup no one got But i think Matt2009 may have gone for the interview..but he is yet to reply.it would be nice to know how the interview was like...

This whole interview /assesment etc looks so complicated just for a job I think there are other companies who amy pay better and have a lesser complicated system..hey we are only fresh graduates ...they are not hiring CEO..

Hi. I didnt get through to the final stage though. The interview process is the same but involve more process. Phone interview, hr interview, assessment, and interview with GM. It is tough to get in this company.

Loreal Management Trainee Program is 1 year. total 4 interview. 1st is phone interview, 2nd is face to face interview, 3rd is half day assessment with presentation, 4th is interview by GM. Salary is RM2500. Will give free sample for those success go to 3rd interview. Intake 5 people.

my friend's friend last week got the offer already and the pay is RM2500. I failed in the 2nd interview.

For guys will get man product, for girls will get product for girls... u also know Loreal got some products only for man and some products only for girls... My friend failed in the 3rd interview so I know. there's around 10 samples in a small pocket. The assessment on 11Nov is from 8:30am to 12noon and lunch provided. As I know got 3-4 session and my friend is in the 1st session. 1 session a day. Got some ppl success in assessment but failed in the 4th interview. my friend's friend is one of the selected candidate. They intake management trainee 2-3 times a year.

i think the candidates must be outspoken and confident indeed during interview

RM 2500 is pretty low right for MSC company. Was wondering who get into the finalist?

..it is LOW..Other are paying 2800 to 3500 for Fresh graduates for management trainess....No big deal with all the hassle of 4 interviews ..saw on the thread Jotun pays 3500.00 and send you to Germany 6mths,Norway 6 mths...


Kraft pays 2800 for Management trainees...apart from loreal being a Ladies company so to speak..it is like any other company

loreal welcomes graduates from all majors. u may not necessarily have to major in marketing per se.
if you really are keen and what they are looking for then just apply, whatever they throw at you would only be the tip of the iceberg compared to the actual job when you are employed...

be yourself, think outside the box, be confident on who you are and yr POV and present yr ideas n yourself well...

Yup true, Loreal always gives out free samples whenever they can. They used to come to my uni many times to do career presentations, roadshows, sponsorships, etc etc, and we always get samples when we participate Hey, it's a form of generating product trials, so why not.
