Anyone knows how is the working environment for graduate trainees .Are they given real projects to do....any overtiime..how are the immediate bosses..are ther lots of politics...etc

MATT 2009 says"When is your final panel interview??"

I was not selected ,,what about you  did you go for the final interview..how many final interviews are ther anyway?Any idea how many ppl they are looking for?

Yup  no one got  But i think Matt2009 may have gone for the interview..but he is yet to reply.it would be nice to know how the interview was like...

This whole interview /assesment etc  looks so complicated just for a job  I think there are other companies who amy pay  better and have a lesser complicated system..hey  we are only fresh graduates ...they are not hiring CEO..

Loreal Management Trainee Program is 1 year. total 4 interview. 1st is phone interview, 2nd is face to face interview, 3rd is half day assessment with presentation, 4th is interview by GM. Salary is RM2500. Will give free sample for those success go to 3rd interview. Intake 5 people.

my friend's friend last week got the offer already and the pay is RM2500. I failed in the 2nd interview.

The free sample of Loreal product... For guys will get man product, for girls will get product for girls... u also know Loreal got some products only for man and some products only for girls... My friend failed in the 3rd interview so I know. there's around 10 samples in a small pocket. The assessment on 11Nov is from 8:30am to 12noon and lunch provided. As I know got 3-4 session and my friend is in the 1st session. 1 session a day. Got some ppl success in assessment but failed in the 4th interview. my friend's friend is one of the selected candidate. They intake management trainee 2-3 times a year.
