Deb played quite badly as well. We lack of atking power. But fiorentina got their penalty as opening goal.

Good performance by all the players, Ngog especially. I did mention that he played badly against Manchester City, but just now, he was a different player altogether.

Fingers crossed.

Dont count our hopes gone yet. Lyon could make a turnaround in the 2nd. Much like i would dream would happen in the Nou Camp right now.

Heard the commentator saying Kuyt had gone on 12 matches without scoring...Time to warm the bench...

he did do one tongue.gif
he tried a long pass from half way, when of cos no one in the world expected him to do it.
so the ball went wasted, debreceni got the ball...and almost scored if whoever johnson was marking actually got onto the ball.

Inter milan's performance was quite below par tonite....

I think i saw the debrecan keeper slip twice ed. Once when he kick the goal kick, 1 when he try to walk to the side, he tripped his own leg...

Nah.. Its right above par for a european game. Its been like this since 5 years ago. So it is expected to play it out like this.

Nice last ditch defending to deny Gerrard there.
