Hi Guys,

Bought the tics to Macau on Feb 26th - 2nd Mac. Planned to go HK on the 27th till 1st Mac.

Any suggestions? I have yet finished reading the previous thread Macau/HK/China visits.

Just got back from HK like 4 hours ago.

It was exceptionally cold this year, since I was also there in December last year. My skin is dry and red spots are popping up. Any remedies?

But the holiday was good smile.gif

Put more Aloe Vera Lotion to pamper your skin?

oh I understand la~ So where will you depart back to M'sia? HK or Macau? If you will fly back from Macau, then why don't you just leave your luggage at your hotel's concierge? I bet they offer this service for free if you're leaving luggage for 1-2 days only.. If you're fly back from HK, then just carry them with you la~ I guess your luggage will not increase a lot during the time you're in Macau..  biggrin.gif

Ferry is the best way already... another way is by ground transportation, but it takes longer time and you need a China Visa 'coz it's through Zhuhai of China. Oh yea... Moody5 is right, you might also consider to take helicoptor...  thumbup.gif
Did you try other dessert shops? I like Honeymoon or Lucky Dessert more than Hui Lau Shan indeed... 'coz I hate the STICKY tables in nearly EVERY Hui Lau Shan!!! >,<
*
actually i tried a few along my trip.. once i got chance i just got in.. i can't remember the name edi.. There is one outlets in the lowest floor at Time Square near to the supermarket one

erm.. the Hui Lau Shan i went to, their table ok wor.. coz if i saw sticky table, i also wont dine in biggrin.gif

I found the helicoptor website... it's HK$2600 PER PERSON!!!! (full fare) but it seems they offer 2 for 1 price on Sunday. Check this out for your interest : http://www.helihongkong.com/

Yes, the dessert shop on Ngong Ping is HoneyMoon, and I also agree that their Yeung Chi Kam Lo is the best!!!! XD~

p.s. Please note that the Honeymoon dessert in KL is FAKE!!! They are not the same group as HK's Honeymoon!!
Hi there,

I also tried the Yeung Chi Kam Lo in Tong Chiew at TST.. It is good enough for me ! Cant even get similar standard in KL lee!

Hi all, I'll be going to HK/Macau this March with my wife and a toddler (17-month old in Mar).

I have taken a few days to put these itinerary together. My wife and I love shopping and eating, so we have included them. I have taken consideration of the hassle of moving luggages and possibly a buggy (for my toddler) while doing all these. Can you advise if my itinerary is way too packed? Or have I missed out something good to slot in between my existing itinerary?

Day 1:
Thursday

Arrive in Macau

AM:
- Arrive in Macau International Airport [Macau]
- Take taxicab to Macau Ferry Terminal
- Take New World First Ferry to Tsim Tsa Tsui, Hong Kong
- Arrive in Hong Kong (China Ferry Terminal) [Tsim Tsa Tsui, Kowloon]
- Check-in Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hotel [Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon]

As i read from internet, we can take ferry to HK without going out MACAU kastam but i have never tried it myself. Click here for the info.

Anyway, there is another nearer pier to airport. The The Cotai Jet.

Day 5:
Monday

AM:
- Visit Ruins of St. Paul's
- Buy Almond Biscuits at Koi Kei
- Buy Almond Biscuits at Choi Heung Yuen Bakery
- Buy Chicken Cakes at Fong Kei
- Visit Fisherman's Wharf

The pineapple biscuits and mang gong biscuits are also very nice! You also can try to buy the Dried meat (Yuk Gon)! very nice too!

Nope, I've never been there, that's why I plan to go there. tongue.gif

But, my wife had been to some of those places I mentioned. I worry the itinerary might be too packed/rushed that I would never able to do all things I have listed down.
*
biggrin.gif you should be able to complete it at least 90%!

we have thought of that as well. she usually sleeps for one or two hours only in the afternoon. thinking to get a more comfortable but lightweight stroller/buggy. also, that's the reason why I'm paying extra for better hotel stays, we could easily opt for 3-star hotels, but that wouldn't do it, right? any suggestions besides a stroller with some comfortable pillows? I just worry it's troublesome to carry them around. I only know I can rent a stroller from Disneyland and not elsewhere. suggestions?

I think no problems for kids to travel around in HK lo!

I had seen A Japanese Mama brought two kids to Ocean Park Alone! One was around 3 years old and another baby was less than 1 years old!
