my AGPS is OFF on my Desire 2.2 Froyo ):
It doesn't point to the correct current position. What should I do? ):
I changed the map and such and there was no difference.

Sorry, wasn't being specific enough, my Papago X5.
Version : X5.1 Aug 6 10
Map version : MFM 100415

It's not showing the current location properly.

Even with the 'Satellite ?' gone it still doesn't show the correct position. ):

is the location some where near you? or it is just very far away from your current location?

check menu-> settings-> location-> use GPS satellites

is it checked?

ShinnKQ,
If ur Google map is ok, that means ur GPS receiver should be fine.

hav u tried a different map version? maybe get a fresh copy and replace the one u have right now... who knows, it might be corrupted etc...
