Copy the whole navisea folder to the sdcard folder. Then instal the apk file. Extract the map file downloaded from MFM and copy the MFM map to the navisea\maps directory.
For S3 make sure you have the 720p resolution in the organic folder. If not you won't get full screen

M5? I thought either have X5 or M9 hmm.gif

Anyway, for X5, I renamed 480x800 (or 480x854? can't remember) to 640x1052, both in NaviSEA/Organic and NaviSEA/Organic/EN. Actually I didn't rename, I just made an extra copy and named it that. It looks weird, but works better than M9.

HTC Nexus One resolution is 480 x 800 pixels

Which Nexus is yours?

Works well with my Galaxy Nexus. I assume S3 and HOX would be the same since they have same reso, but I may be wrong.

His should be Galaxy Nexus... Nexus One reso is normal and shouldn't give problems. Or maybe Nexus 7?

you can get it from m3gps website..but you must know that the program is tied to your imei number...if you change or lost your phone then you have to buy it again if you want to use it unlike app you buy from google play that is tied to your gmail account
