guys, i have 1 question here, i feel a bit silly because i can't find a way to look at my current GPS coordinate in my papago x5 (android)... can some one teach me on this??

hi.. im using papago x5 [samsung galaxy5], i manage to lock gps fast once im on the car n moving.. my problem is how can i set a destination n navigate.. icon_question.gif silly huh, pls.. thx

Start papago, click on "POI search" , then type ur destination, click search... Then click the result, click GO.

Mine ok, no slowmo at all. What phone r u using? Im using desire without problem. Maybe ur processor not good enough lol.

there also another alternative in getting the GPS working on android. im using motorola milestone with Android Eclair 2.1. for no im using "Sygic Gps". it works like charm on my phone. does auto rotation. but not frenly user as papago. need 2 explore a little bit. other than that its worth it. n of coz its totally FREE biggrin.gif

my papago doesnt work, it tooks forever to lock on my htc desire. why ar? uhh

Works on mine...maybe you need to enable A-GPS? It'll lock very fast but use some data.

Btw, anyone has PAPAGO user manual? Dunno how to use it. How can i set a co-ordinate and key in a location?? Can't find the option anywhere...sad.gif

I enabled all the gps setting that use satellite and also mobile network/wifi and still cant get the locking. next im gonna try to open back casing and test.lol

I'm not able to download MFM PPG version 1-12-10 from http://www.1gps.com.my/download/papago.aspx
despite trying for at least five times. It seems to stop downloading halfway (after leaving the PC for overnight). Pls help!

I got a fully working Papago X5 with MFM on my Galaxy Tab. Fullscreen and landscape enabled. The trick is to use Papago X5 thailand (august 2010 version), change the language to english, and put MFM map in. Tried it today from PJ to Alor Gajah, working great, wooohoooooo!!!!!! Before anyone ask me how to do this, I can only say Google is your best friend guys....
