SAR was having a great discount previously at 1.83 that time, now bouncing back already...

hopefully it doesn't go to that level again anymore....

If i were u, i will be worried more abt my investment performances rather than the charges or fees. No offence ya. notworthy.gif
OSK even okay (2 me lah) - bcoz they even offer margin facilities to small cacing like me who start with single digit capital.

Well the reason is CIMB the office is near to my workplace, while for Hong Leong there is no branch at all.. blush.gif

true, but a lot of us here is small fish, so dun try to be delusional and achieve what is not logical.

Say if you have RM2,500 - which one will you go? Jupiter, I-Trade or HLe?  whistling.gif

But then again, its depend entirely on individual.

I missed the opportunity, put the blame on UOBkayhian for the delay. tongue.gif

In fact, until now,I have yet to get my password for internet trading.

They have a very strange system, different ID for different markets. shocking.gif

NSTP share price already in-premium, which means it has factored in the 40 sens dividend.

when price ex, it will be readjusted back (-40 sens)

so nothing so exciting unless you are so lucky you bought at 2.00, before the announcement is out.

ohh interesting discussion on IB and brokerage there...

For those who are trading with cheaper brokerage.. is the account a Nominee account or a direct CDS account ?
Also, are u assigned to a Remisier that sometimes can give valuable advice or a dealer who doesnt care/know much ?

IMHO, a good remisier is worth all the brokerage you pay him...

honestly i dunno much about the differences between Direct CDS and Nominee. Some of the things that I know are:
~Direct CDS allows u to apply IPO through bank account
~Share registrars mails the stuffs (agm notice, coupons,  etc) to your mailing address..

plz correct me if i'm wrong...

Morning Moppy, I believe those cheaper brokerage ones are Nominee account. However, Jupiter is Direct CDS account.

go to the website to understand it more lar. tongue.gif
So far, I see DBS and OCBC give a buy call on it. The price still much lower than where it was during the peak, but business grow bigger than before...
BTW, Tai Kor Cherroy doesn't like this counter laugh.gif
