Is that a Flashrec error?
If so, and you're using the latest Flashrec version, try using one version lower (like a 1.1.2).
If that fails, it means that your ROM is patched from the flashrec exploit. So, you need to try to fastboot it through ADB. If you get errors from fastboot too, you need to create a goldcard.

hi guys, i've followed the guide in front and installed the modaco roms... i have one question.... has anyone had any problems using a bluetooth headset to listen to music? Hero supports A2DP right? My bluetooth headset and my hero can't seem to detect each other....

Yeah, Papago for 2.1 is still in development. It will be out anytime soon though, and since 2.1 official release is still not out, I suggest you keep using 1.5 then

Try iGO. Using on my 1.6 G1. Should work on 2.0 and 2.1 as well. Will be trying it out when I flash mine to 2.1 soon

erm..i was trying to do the partion sd card stuff...but it seem fail cz i cnt even enter the adb recovery reboot stuff...
it say permission denied..
